A package structure applied to a driving apparatus of a display is disclosed. The driving apparatus includes at least one driving unit. The package structure includes a substrate, a first connecting unit, a second connecting unit and at least one package unit. The substrate is used to carry the driving unit. The first connecting unit is disposed at one side of the substrate. A longitudinal direction of the first connecting unit is parallel to a first direction. The second connecting unit is disposed at the other side of the substrate. A longitudinal direction of the second connecting unit is parallel to the first direction. The package unit is used to package the driving unit to form driving unit package object. A longitudinal direction of the driving unit package object is parallel to a second direction. The first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.

Package structure applied to driving apparatus of display

A driving circuit applied to a LCD apparatus includes N driver chips, a signal source, a WOA wire, a COF wire. Each driver chip is COF-packaged and correspondingly coupled to L output channels. N and L are positive integers and N&#x2265;2. The signal source is coupled to L output channels of the first driver chip. One terminal of WOA wire is coupled to L output channels of the second driver chip. One terminal of the COF wire is coupled between the signal source and a first output channel of the first driver chip and another terminal of the COF wire is coupled to another terminal of WOA wire. The resistance of COF wire is far smaller than a first internal resistance between the first output channel and L-th output channel of first driver chip and the resistance of WOA wire is substantially equal to first internal resistance.

The display panel driving circuit comprises a near end load, a far end load, an operating circuit and a pre-charging control circuit. The operating circuit is configured to receive display data. The pre-charging control circuit outputs a first signal and a second signal to the near end load and the far end load respectively according to the display data that a first waveform from the near end load is the same as a second waveform from the far end load.

The display chip retrieves overdrive display data from the overdrive look-up table according to the display data of the previous frame obtained from the frame buffer and the display data of the present frame and transmits the overdrive display data to the display device so that an image is formed on the display panel.

An address memory structure used in an Ethernet switch, comprising an index memory and an address table memory is disclosed. The index memory is used for storing the vendor code section and the address table memory is used for storing the serial code section. The vendor code index data connects the index memory data to the address table memory data. When comparing the node addresses, the serial code section in the address table memory is compared first. If there is a consistent entry, the corresponding vendor code section is compared through the vendor code index data. When adding a new node address, the corresponding vendor code index data is attained, and the vendor code index data and the serial code of the node address are then written into the address table memory.
