Embodiments of the disclosure provide a tracking performance display method and a host. The method includes: visual content is provided in a see-through mode, and the visual content corresponds to a real-world scene; tracking performance associated with the real-world scene is evaluated; and a tracking performance indicator corresponding to the tracking performance is displayed in the visual content.

The method includes: establishing a virtual environment; obtaining a tracking result of a virtual tracking device executing a tracking function in the virtual environment; and providing a tracking performance evaluation result for the virtual environment based on the tracking result.
