A method and an apparatus of three-dimensional (3D) printing and an electronic apparatus are provided. The 3D printing method is adapted for printing a 3D object and includes the following. A plurality of layer objects of a 3D model are obtained, and a plurality of two-dimensional images, which correspond to a slice plane, of each of the layer objects are generated. The layer objects include a first layer object and a second layer object. When a comparison relationship between a two-dimensional image of the first layer object and a two-dimensional image of the second layer object matches a stack condition, the first layer object and the second layer object are stacked to generate thickness stack information of a stack object. A printing mechanism is initiated according to the thickness stack information so as to print a 3D object associated with the 3D model.

Method and apparatus of three-dimensional printing and electronic apparatus

A three dimensional structure including a casing and a plurality of filling members is provided. The casing has a first opening. The filling members are disposed inside of the casing for supporting the casing, such that a plurality of hollow portions is defined by the casing and the filling members. The first opening connects between one of the hollow portions and the external environment, and the filling member located between two adjacent hollow portions has at least one second opening for connecting the two adjacent hollow portions. A three dimensional printing method is also provided.

Three dimensional printing method

A three-dimensional (3D) printing module including a tank filled with a liquid forming material, a top cover assembled on the tank to close the tank, a modeling platform assembled to the cover, and a first tenon movably disposed in the cover is provided. The modeling platform is immersed in the liquid forming material in the tank. When the first tenon is driven along a second axis, the cover and the modeling platform are driven along a first axis to open the tank. A 3D printing apparatus is also provided.

Three-dimensional printing module and three-dimensional printing apparatus using the same

A method for controlling a three-dimensional printing apparatus and a three-dimensional printing system are provided. The method is applicable to controlling a tank of the three-dimensional printing apparatus and includes the following steps. A plurality of layer objects of a three-dimensional object are obtained according to a three-dimensional model, and the layer objects include a first layer object. A structural friability level of the first layer object is obtained according to cross-section information and a printing sequence of the first layer object. A swing velocity of the tank is determined according to the structural friability level. The tank is controlled to swing according to the swing velocity corresponding to the first layer object, such that the cured first layer object is separated from a bottom of the tank.

Method for controlling three-dimensional printing apparatus and three-dimensional printing system

A three dimensional printing apparatus and method for detecting printing anomaly are provided. The method is adapted to the three dimensional printing apparatus including an image sensor module and a movable platform. The three dimensional printing apparatus forms a plurality of layer objects on the movable platform according to three dimensional model information so as to build a three dimensional object including the layer objects. The method for detecting printing anomaly includes following steps. At least one object image is captured according to at least one view angle by using the image sensor module. At least one checking image associated with the layer objects is obtained according to the three dimensional model information and the view angle. Whether the object image and the checking image are matched to each other or not is determined through comparing the object image and the checking image.

Three dimensional printing apparatus and method for detecting printing anomaly

A cleaning apparatus is used for a carrier and a model is fixed on the carrier. The cleaning apparatus includes a case body, a sprinkling unit, a switching valve, and a rotating mechanism. The case body has an opening disposed at a top thereof, an outlet disposed at a bottom thereof, and a receiving space disposed between the opening and the outlet. The sprinkling unit is installed in the case body and has plural nozzles configured corresponding to the receiving space. The switching valve is installed at the outlet to open or close the outlet. The rotating mechanism is configured corresponding to the opening and connected to the carrier and is able to drive the carrier in which the model passes through the opening and is disposed in the receiving space. Thus, the safety, stability, and convenience of the model clean-up are improved.

Cleaning apparatus for a model

A three-dimensional printing apparatus is provided. The three-dimensional printing apparatus includes a tank, a movable platform, a light source, a detection module, and a control unit. The tank is filled with a liquid forming material, and the movable platform is movably disposed above the tank. The light source is disposed below the tank and configured to project light on the liquid forming material so as to form a three-dimensional object layer by layer on the movable platform. The detection module is disposed above the tank and includes a signal emitter and a signal receiver. The signal emitter is configured to emit a detection signal. The control unit activates an error-detection mechanism and controls the movable platform to move toward the detection module. The control unit determines whether the three-dimensional object is abnormal based on whether the detection signal is detected by the signal receiver.

Three-dimensional printing apparatus

A method of three-dimensional printing of the disclosure is used to form a three-dimensional object stacked by a plurality of layers of object unit. The method of three-dimensional printing includes: forming and curing a layer of uncolored body; forming a color layer at the contour of the layer of uncolored body so that the layer of uncolored body and the color layer form a layer of object unit; and forming a cover layer at the contour of the layer of object unit so that the color layer is located between the layer of uncolored body and the cover layer.

Method of three-dimensional printing

A three dimensional printing apparatus including a base, a tank, a modeling platform, and a plurality of floating units is provided. A liquid forming material is filled in the tank. Each of the floating units connects between the base and the tank, such that the tank is disposed on the base in floating manner. The modeling platform is movably immersed in the liquid forming material. A three dimensional object is formed and adhered between the modeling platform and a bottom of the tank. The modeling platform drives and tilts the tank to move out of the base by the three dimensional object, such that the three dimensional object is released from the bottom of the tank by gravity.

Three dimensional printing apparatus

A three-dimensional printing apparatus including a tank, a moving platform, a light source disposed below the tank, a detecting unit and a control unit is provided. The tank is filled with a liquid forming material and a separating liquid, wherein the specific density of the separating liquid is larger than the specific density of the liquid forming material, so that the separating liquid sinks between the tank and the liquid forming material. The control unit controls an initial depth at which the moving platform immerses into the liquid forming material, so as to form a three-dimensional object. A three-dimensional printing apparatus is also provided, wherein the light source thereof is disposed above the tank, and the specific density of the liquid forming material is larger than the specific density of the separating liquid, so that the liquid forming material sinks between the tank and the separating liquid.

A three dimensional printing apparatus including a tank, a modeling platform, a first optical element, a second optical element, and a light source is provided. The modeling platform is movably disposed above the tank so as to move in or out the tank. The first and the second optical elements are respectively disposed next to the tank, wherein the second optical element is located above the first optical element. The light source is located below the tank. After a three dimensional object is formed on the modeling platform, the three dimensional object is moved out of the tank by the modeling platform. A first light generated by the light source is sequentially transmitted by the first and the second optical elements and detour round tank to irradiate the three dimensional object.
