A feeding device includes a support assembly, a holding plate rotatably mounted on the support assembly, a guiding member mounted on the holding plate, a pushing mechanism, and a first unloading mechanism. The holding plate defines an unloading groove. The guiding member defines an outlet corresponding to the unloading groove. The pushing mechanism includes a first driver and a pushing member connected to the first driver. The pushing member is positioned above the holding plate. The first driver drives the pushing member to move towards the unloading groove. The first unloading mechanism includes a blocking member for blocking the unloading groove, and a second driver connected to the blocking member. The second driver drives the blocking member to move away from the unloading groove.

Feeding device

A cutting mechanism for cutting a pipe includes a fixing board, a cutter mounted on the fixing board and a driving assembly. The cutter includes a base body, and a blade positioned on the base body. The driving assembly is mounted on the fixing board for driving the pipe move to the blade to be cut into pieces of certain lengths.

Cutting mechanism and cutting device using the same

A handling mechanism for handling workpieces includes a first sliding assembly, a second sliding assembly, a driving assembly, a loading assembly and a clamping assembly. The driving assembly is connected to the first sliding assembly and the second sliding assembly. The loading assembly is slidably clamped between the first sliding assembly and the second sliding assembly. The clamping assembly is fixed to the loading assembly for clamping and placing workpieces one by one. The first sliding assembly and the second sliding assembly are driven by the driving assembly to slide along a same direction or in two opposing directions, to enable the loading assembly to slide with the first sliding assembly or to slide along a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the first sliding assembly. A punching machine using the handling mechanism is also disclosed, in which workpieces are placed by clamping assembly on lower mold for punching.

Handling mechanism and punching machine using the same

A handling mechanism to convey workpieces, includes a mounting seat, a first sliding member, a first driving assembly, a second sliding member, a second driving assembly, and a clamping assembly. The first sliding member is slidably mounted on the mounting seat. The first driving assembly is mounted on the mounting seat and capable of driving the first sliding member to slide along the longitudinal direction of the mounting seat. The second sliding member is slidably mounted on the first sliding member. The second driving assembly is mounted on the first sliding member and capable of driving the second sliding member to slide along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mounting seat. The clamping assembly is fixed to the second sliding member for clamping workpieces. The present invention further discloses a punching machine using the same.

A slide positioning device includes a main body and a slide member slidable relative to the main body along a axis. The main body defines a plurality of positioning holes along the axis, and the slide member defines a plurality of positioning grooves along the axis. A rough positioning member is selectively received in one positioning hole to roughly position the sliding member. A fine positioning assembly includes a latch member selectively received in one positioning groove to precisely position the sliding member. A biasing member biases the latch member toward the sliding member.

A deceleration device includes a driving device and a transmission assembly. The transmission assembly includes a driving member, a first active subassembly, a second active subassembly, a first transmission member, a second transmission member and two regulatory mechanisms. The driving member is connected to the driving device. The first transmission member connects the driving member to the first active subassembly, and is driven by the driving device, and rotates the first active subassembly. The second transmission member connects the first active subassembly to the second active subassembly, and is driven by the first active subassembly, and rotates the second active subassembly. The two regulatory mechanisms elastically resist the first transmission member and the second transmission member, respectively.

Deceleration device

A holding device includes a fixing base, a rotary driving member, a first positioning member, a first holding assembly, a second holding assembly, and a second positioning member. The rotary driving member and the first positioning member are mounted on the fixing base. The first holding assembly and the second holding assembly are driven by the rotary driving member to rotate about a rotation axis. The first positioning member can move relative to the second positioning member to engage with the second positioning member, to position the first holding assembly and the second holding assembly. The first holding assembly and the second holding assembly can move separately to complete different tasks.

Holding device

A manipulator arm mechanism includes a pedestal, a driving member, a speed reducer, and an output rocker arm. The driving member is mounted on the pedestal and has an output shaft. The speed reducer is assembled to the pedestal and connects with the output shaft of the driving member. The speed reducer includes a first transmission assembly, a second transmission assembly, and a third transmission assembly engaging each other in turn. The third transmission assembly is a planetary gear set and includes a sun gear rotated by the second transmission assembly, a ring gear, and a plurality of planetary gears. The ring gear is coaxially sleeved on the sun gear. The planetary gears are assembled between and rotatably mesh with the sun gear and the ring gear. The output rocker arm is fixed with the plurality of planetary gears.

Manipulator arm mechanism

A Cartesian coordinate robot includes a first transmission mechanism slidably connected to a second transmission mechanism, a third transmission mechanism slidably connected to the second transmission mechanism. The first transmission mechanism includes a first guide rail, a first slider slidably connected to the first guide rail, and a first driving module driving the first slider. The second transmission mechanism includes a second guide rail perpendicular to the first guide rail, a second slider slidably connected to the second guide rail, and a second driving module driving the second slider. The third transmission mechanism includes a third guide rail perpendicular to the first guide rail and the second rail, a third slider slidably connected to the third guide rail, and a third driving module driving the third slider.

Cartesian coordinate robot

A retractable shielding apparatus includes an adjusting base, a fixing base, two retractable shields, a shuttle, and a cable. The two retractable shields are assembled to two ends of the shuttle respectively with one corresponding end thereof. The adjusting base and the fixing base are respectively fixed to the opposite other end of the corresponding two retractable shields. The cable adjustably connects the adjusting base, the two retractable shields, the shuttle and the fixing base together. The shuttle is slidably located between the adjusting base and the fixing base and is configured to slide along the path formed by the cable, such that the two retractable shields can be extended or retracted together with the shuttle.

Retractable shielding apparatus

A conveyor includes a support base, a linear driving mechanism mounted on the support base, a carrier, and a linkage bar mechanism pivotally connecting the carrier and the linear driving mechanism. The linear driving mechanism includes two substantially parallel threaded rods, two threaded members respectively engaging the two threaded rods, two actuators respectively rotating the two threaded rods, and two slide members slidable relative to the support base and respectively secured to the two threaded members. The linkage bar mechanism includes a first, second, and third bars pivotally connected to the slide member and the carrier, respectively. The first bar, the third bar, the slide member carrying the first bar, and the carrier cooperatively form a parallel four-bar mechanism. The first bar, the second bar, the slide member carrying the second bar, and the carrier cooperatively form a trapezoidal four-bar mechanism.
