The present disclosure provides an electronic device for generating a multiple point of view (MPOV) video and the method thereof. The present disclosure involves the electronic device to obtain a plurality of media contents. The electronic device would identify a first media content relating to a second media content in time and location according to time information, audio information, and location information including a geographic tag and a surrounding signal information. Then, the first media content and the second media content are provided as relevant media contents for generating the MPOV video of the event having the relevant media content captured from different point of view.

Method and electronic device for generating multiple point of view video

The disclosure proposes a smart conversation method and an electronic device using the same method. According to one of the exemplary embodiments, an electronic device may receive via a receiver a first communication in a first communication type and determining a recipient status. The electronic device may determine a second communication type as an optimal communication type based on the recipient status. The electronic device may convert the first communication into a second communication that is suitable for the second communication type. The electronic device may transmit via a transmitter the second communication in the second communication type.

An apparatus, system and method provides an out-of-synchronization detection by using a network layer checksum. A process operating at an upper layer verifies that a checksum embedded in a network layer header is correct before encrypting and transmitting a data packet containing the header and a payload. The data packet is received through a wireless communication channel at a receiver and decrypted. A calculated checksum is calculated on the received payload at the receiver and compared to the received checksum embedded in the header. A key stream used at the receiver for decrypting the received encrypted data packets is determined to be out of synchronization with a key stream used at the transmitter to encrypt the data packets if the calculated checksum is not equal to the network layer checksum.

A SIP (session initiation protocol) service activation abstraction layer that provides a unified interface to upper layer applications for discovering, establishing, and managing the QoS connectivity. In one implementation, this is IP Multimedia Subsystem-centric, further supporting applications that utilize SIP for session control. This capability extends to the data card universe allowing UMTS data card vendors to establish concurrent QoS-based sessions using multiple primary PDP (packet data protocol) contexts based on a set of SIP triggers, further allowing applications running on a computing system to transparently utilize the established pipes based on the individual QoS requirements.

Universal radio module

A technique for controlling power consumption in a wireless device detects data frames indicating a pause in the reception of speech frames from the wireless network. The mobile unit places the receiver circuitry in a low-power or sleep mode to thereby reduce processor cycles and save battery power. At the end of a time period, the receiver circuitry awakens to receive and process additional speech frames or to return to the low-power mode if no additional speech signals have been received.

System and method for power consumption control in a wireless device

A method and a communications system in which a request for data transmitted by an airborne transmitter over a low-bandwidth air-to-ground communication system uplink and received by a ground-based receiver. The requested data is then transmitted over a high-bandwidth communication system downlink, such as a DBS satellite system downlink, preferably using an MPEG-2 compression technique, and received by an airborne receiver located on the same aircraft as the airborne transmitter. The received request for data is transmitted to a data network that contains the requested data, such as the Internet or a private data network, using circuit-switched techniques. According to the invention, the requested data includes one of video information, audio information and textual information.
