A swirl structure-based exhaust aftertreatment device for an underground mining diesel vehicle comprises a water tank, a PM collection tank, an inlet tube, a high-speed rotary exhaust separator, an exhaust catalytic converter, a circulating NOx selective catalytic reduction system and an exhaust tube. The high-speed rotary exhaust separator comprises a Laval tube, a throat tube, a swirl tube and a first deposition tube. The concentration of toxic and harmful components in exhaust can be decreased below a concentration threshold, thus avoiding pipeline blockage caused by PM accumulation.

Swirl structure-based exhaust aftertreatment device for underground mining diesel vehicle

An absorption-induction convectional dust-controlling/removing air/fog curtain device of a fully-mechanized working face and a method thereof, wherein the device includes an extraction type dust-purifying blower, a sector deflector, a shearer external spraying device and an inter-hydraulic-support spraying device. The shearer external spraying devices are mounted at both sides of a shearer body close to rocking arms of a shearer and the inter-hydraulic-support spraying devices are mounted at two un-advanced hydraulic supports and two hydraulic supports at a leeward side of a front drum of the shearer respectively. Two extraction type dust-purifying blowers symmetrically mounted at the rocking arm close to the body of the shearer are started simultaneously with their air inlets exactly facing front and rear drums of the shearer respectively, and air outlets connected with the sector deflector. With the device and the method, the working environment is improved and safe production of the coal mine is guaranteed.

Described are a test apparatus and a test method for the wetted perimeter of coal seam water injection. In the test apparatus, a columnar insulator is provided between an upper electrode and a lower electrode, circular insulating tapes are located at the outer edges of the upper electrode and the lower electrode, a circular reverse osmosis membrane is provided at the middle of the circular insulating tape, the upper electrode, lower electrode, circular insulating tapes and circular reverse osmosis membrane form an enclosed chamber which is filled with solid sodium chloride, and cotton yarns are packed among the upper resin backing plate, lower resin backing plate, circular insulating tapes and the inner walls of water permeable perforated pipes. The upper electrode is provided with an electrode lead which passes through the columnar insulator, the lower electrode and the lower resin backing plate and goes out from the tail connecting end.

Test apparatus and a test method for the wetted perimeter of coal seam water injection

A multi-nozzle combined atomizing dust suppression experimental equipment under the effect of airflow disturbance includes a simulated roadway device, water spray based dust suppression device and nozzle position adjustor. The simulated roadway device includes an inlet portion, front divergent portion, simulated roadway body, rear convergent portion and outlet portion. The water spray based dust suppression device includes a dust generation and extraction system and spraying system. The dust generation and extraction system includes a dust generation device, exhaust air duct, exhaust fan and outlet air duct while the spraying system includes a water tank, high pressure water pump, confined water pipe, pressure water flow converter and multiple nozzles. The nozzle position adjustor includes a nozzle slide, slide fixing rod, nozzle sliding rack and electrically-controlled drive system which controls the change of horizontal position and vertical position of the nozzles.
