A tiling display apparatus including a substrate, multiple display units, an adhesive layer and multiple driver chips is provided. The display units are disposed on the substrate and each has a circuit substrate, multiple light emitting devices and at least one bonding pad. The circuit substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The light emitting devices are disposed on the first surface. The at least one bonding pad is disposed on the second surface, and is electrically coupled to the light emitting devices. The adhesive layer connects the substrate and the display units. The substrate and the adhesive layer have a plurality of openings arranged corresponding to the openings. Multiple bonding pads of the display units are positioned in the openings. The driver chips are electrically bonded to the bonding pads of the display units through the openings.

Tiling display apparatus

A display panel includes a circuit substrate, light emitting elements, a side wire, and a chip-on-film package structure. The circuit substrate includes a circuit structure located on a first surface. The side wire includes a first bonding portion disposed on the first surface of the circuit substrate and bonded to the circuit structure, a first extension portion, a second extension portion, and a second bonding portion that are sequentially connected and have the same resistivity. The first extension portion is disposed on a side surface of the circuit substrate. The second extension portion is disposed on a second surface of the circuit substrate and overlapped with a peripheral region. The second bonding portion is disposed on the second surface of the circuit substrate. An orthogonal projection of the second bonding portion is overlapped with a display region. The chip-on-film package structure is bonded to the second bonding portion.

Display panel and display device

An optical adhesive film structure having an alignment function is provided. The optical adhesive film structure includes an optical adhesive layer and a release film. The release film is disposed on the optical adhesive layer. A first film surface of the release film facing away from the optical adhesive layer has a plurality of marks. The marks are recessed into the release film relative to the first film surface and do not run through the release film. A stitching display module and a manufacturing method of the stitching display module are also provided.

A bonding apparatus includes a vacuum holder and a thermal head. The vacuum holder is configured to attach a non-bonding area of a printed circuit board. A side of the vacuum holder has a first lower sidewall, a first upper sidewall, and a first connection surface adjoining the first lower sidewall and the first upper sidewall. The thermal head is adjacent to the vacuum holder and configured to hot press a bonding area of the printed circuit board. A side of the thermal head proximal to the vacuum holder has a second lower sidewall, a second upper sidewall, and a second connection surface adjoining the second lower sidewall and the second upper sidewall. The second connection surface overlaps at least a portion of the first connection surface, and a height of the second lower sidewall is greater than a height of the first lower sidewall.

Bonding apparatus

The present invention provides a display device including a first display panel and a lens layer. The first display panel is provided with a first display area and a first frame located at a side of the first display area. The first display area includes a plurality of first pixels, and some of the first pixels form a first image adjustment area adjacent to the first frame. When the first image adjustment area receives a same first image source signal provided to the first display panel, brightness generated by the first pixels in the first image adjustment area is greater than that of the other first pixels in the first display area. The lens layer covers the first image adjustment area and the first frame and includes a plurality of lenses arranged side by side and respectively extending in an extending direction of the first frame.

An optical film and an autostereoscopic 3D display using the same are provided. The optical film includes a concave lens layer and a birefringence layer. The concave lens layer has plurality of concaves and a presumed refractive index. The birefringence layer overlaps the concave lens layer and includes a plurality of liquid crystal units filled and cured in the concaves. The birefringence layer has a short axis refractive index. The presumed refractive index is between 100.1%-102.8% of the short axis refractive index. The autostereoscopic 3D display includes the optical film, a liquid crystal switch module, and a display panel module. The liquid crystal switch module is disposed on one side of the optical film. The display panel module is disposed on one side of the liquid crystal switch module opposite to the optical film and has a display surface facing the liquid crystal switch module. Image light generated by the display panel module can pass through the optical film after its polarization direction is modulated by the liquid crystal switch module.

A three-dimensional display including a display and a micro-lens is provided. The display has a plurality of pixel units thereon, and each pixel unit has a pixel pitch i. The micro-lens is disposed at a side of the display, the micro-lens has a plurality of lens units thereon, and each lens unit has a lens pitch l. A right eye viewing zone and a left eye viewing zone are formed if an image displayed from the display passes though the micro-lens, wherein a distance between the center of the right eye viewing zone and the center of the left eye viewing zone is w, and lens pitch l satisfies: wis between 70 and 500 mm and i is between 0.1 and 500 &#x3bc;m.

A manufacturing method of a color filter including following steps is provided. First, a partition is formed on a substrate to form a plurality of pixel regions on the substrate. Next, a color pigment is provided along a continuous pigment-providing route, so as to form the color pigment on a sequence of pixel regions among the plurality of pixel regions and the partition. The method mentioned above can prevent the unfilled phenomenon of the pigment around the corners of the pixel region. A method for jetting color ink includes determining an initial voltage value of a nozzle, wherein the initial voltage value corresponds to a predetermined jetting volume of the nozzle; determining a maximum adjusting voltage value of the nozzle, wherein the maximum adjusting voltage value may correspond to an allowable error value of the predetermined jetting volume; combining the initial voltage value with an adjusting voltage value to obtain a jetting voltage, wherein the adjusting voltage value may be randomly selected between zero to the maximum adjusting voltage value; and jetting the color ink from the nozzle according to the jetting voltage onto a sub-pixel in a pixel.
