A single layer coating composition comprises a compound of Formula (4):(RO)(R)&#x2014;Si-M-(Si(R)O)&#x2014;(Si(R)(O)(O))&#x2014;(Si(X)(O)(O))&#x2014;Si(R)-M-Si(OR)(R)&#x2003;&#x2003;(4)where Ris H or an alkyl radical M is Ror oxygen; r is 0-1000; t is 1 to 20; v is 0 to 20; X is &#x2014;R&#x2014;(N(R)(Y)&#x2014;R)&#x2014;N(R)(Y); b is 0-2; c is 0-5; Y is Ror an organic radical with an epoxide at one terminal; and Ris an alkylene from C-C, with the proviso that at least one Y is an organic radical with an epoxide at one terminal. A light trapping photovoltaic cell comprising a plurality of cells connected with walls wherein the cells have a plurality of generally straight vertical walls and a bottom region adjacent the generally vertical walls. The bottom region of the cells is pitched toward the center of the bottoms. The light trapping cells provide a structure that allows for improved absorption of incident light.
