A signal processing method is provided and includes the following steps. A first synchronizing signal having a synchronizing frequency and a next expected pulse with an expected rising edge is provided. A second synchronizing signal having a selected frequency being within a frequency range is produced when the synchronizing frequency of the first synchronizing signal is out of a frequency range. A third synchronizing signal having a first pulse with a first rising edge is produced when the synchronizing frequency is within the frequency range, wherein the first rising edge is produced at an expected time point. Whether the next expected pulse appears in a period from the expected time point to a certain time point is detected as a detecting result. And a first falling edge of the first pulse is produced based on the detecting result. A picture-field flicker phenomenon of an LCD is eliminated through the method.

PVDF-g-PS(styrene-grafted PVDF) &#x25a1; PVDF and hydrocarbon- or fluoro-elastomer are mixed with specific proportion and being dissolved in an aprotic solvent &#x25a1; the solution is then cast film on a substrate followed by sulfonation to give the aforementioned compound membrane. The obtained compound membrane has excellent properties, such as thermal stability, acid-alkali resistance, good mechanical performance, excellent flexibility, and capability for processing appropriate cross-link for further enhancing the mechanical performance of this membrane.

Disclosed is a gas injection mold structure for use in the field of gas auxiliary injection molding, comprising a male mold and a gas injection device. The gas injection device includes a head and a cylindrical body extending from the head. The male mold is formed with a cylindrical cell. The cylindrical body has an outer periphery and the cylindrical cell has an inner wall being formed with matching outer and internal threads, respectively, such that the gas injection device is removably threaded into and affixed to the cylindrical cell by means of the cylindrical body. The cylindrical body is formed with a plurality of vertical grooves along an entire length of sides thereof. The head has a lower surface being formed with lateral grooves corresponding to the vertical grooves, such that when the gas injection device is threaded into the male mold, each vertical groove and its corresponding lateral groove jointly form a continuous passage originating from bottom of the cylindrical cell to the periphery of the head, thereby pressurized gas is injected into a cavity through the passage.

Gas injection mold structure for a gas auxiliary injection molding equipment

An improved gas injection nozzle for use in gas-assisted injection molding process is disclosed. The improved gas injection nozzle comprises: (a) a nozzle body, and a nozzle cap fixedly connected to the nozzle body; (b) a gas inlet provided in the nozzle body so as to allow gas to be injected into a mold cavity via a gas channel formed inside both the nozzle body and the nozzle cap; (c) a heating coil provided on the gas injection nozzle; and (d) at least one circumferential groove formed on the outer surface of the nozzle cap. The circumferential groove formed on the outer surface of the nozzle cap preferably has the shape of a spiral groove, with a depth between about 0.2 mm and about 0.5 mm and a length between about 50 mm and about 150 mm. The combination of the heating coil and the circumferential groove prevents the formation of micro cracks that are often formed in the interstices between the nozzle cap and the sprue bushing during the cooling stage of injection molding process. These micro cracks allow passageways to be developed for the inert gas to be leaked out and a fall-off of the gas pressure inside the mold cavity, resulting in sinks and/or warpages to be formed on the injection molded product. The prevention of gas leakage also eliminates the need for continuous gas and thus reduces the manufacturing cost.
