In an embodiment a thermal varistor protection device includes a casing, a varistor embedded in the casing, wherein the varistor includes a first metallization electrode, which is only partly covered by an insulating material of the casing to allow an electrically conductive connection, a first terminal wire electrically conductively connected to the first metallization electrode of the varistor and a contact element electrically conductively connected to the first metallization electrode of the varistor in a region where the varistor is not covered by the insulating material, wherein the contact element is pre-stressed to ensure a fast separation of the contact element and the first metallization electrode when the electrically conductive connection between the contact element and the first metallization electrode becomes loose.

Thermal protected varistor device

In an embodiment a thermal protection device includes a housing, a varistor partly embedded in the housing, wherein the housing electrically insulates the varistor, and wherein the varistor includes a partly uninsulated contact surface, an inner wall of insulating material arranged adjacent to the contact surface of the varistor, a window in the inner wall configured to allow an electrical connection of the contact surface of the varistor in an operational state of the thermal protection device and a moveable insulation block configured to cover the window in the inner wall to insulate the varistor in a region of the window of the inner wall in a fault state of the thermal protection device.

A three phase surge protection device is disclosed. In an embodiment a device include a stack comprising a first varistor, a second varistor and a third varistor, wherein the varistors are electrically connected to form a circuit and a first thermal disconnect configured to interrupt the circuit when a temperature of the first thermal disconnect exceeds a predefined temperature.

In one embodiment a varistor may include a ceramic body. The varistor may further comprise a multilayer coating disposed around the ceramic body. The multilayer coating may include a first layer comprising a phenolic material or a silicone material; and a second layer adjacent the first layer, the second layer comprising a high dielectric strength coating.

A camera module includes a lens assembly, a voice coil motor assembly, an image sensor assembly and a flash assembly. The lens assembly is installed in the voice coil motor assembly along an optical axis direction, the image sensor assembly is located below the lens assembly, the flash assembly is mounted above the voice coil motor assembly and includes at least one light source located around a lens of the lens assembly, and the light source adapted for providing a flash for the lens. The flash assembly can provide uniform and even flashing light for the lens to improve imaging quality, and provide compact structure to meet the development of the electronic products miniaturization.

Camera module

A camera module includes a lens assembly, a voice coil motor assembly for receiving and driving the lens assembly, and an image sensor assembly located below the voice coil motor assembly. The voice coil motor assembly comprises a bottom unit that is hollow and a color filter supported by the bottom unit, the color filter, the lens assembly and the image sensor assembly are coaxial, the bottom unit has an upper portion and a lower portion that are integrated together, the upper portion is configured around the lens assembly, and the bottom unit is configured below the lens assembly and supports the color filter. The camera module has simple structure and convenient assembly, can reduce total assembly tolerances of the camera module, achieve an accurate optical axis alignment between the lens and the image sensor, and reduce manufacturing cost to benefit the popularization in industries.

A circuit protection device including a housing defining a chamber and a metal oxide varistor (MOV) stack disposed within the chamber. A first spring is electrically attached at a first end to a first input terminal of the MOV stack by a solder connection and at a second end to a first input line. The first spring is biased away from the first input terminal. A second spring is electrically attached to a second input terminal of the MOV stack by a solder connection and at a second end to a second input line. The second conductive spring is biased away from the second input terminal. When an overvoltage condition occurs, heat generated by the MOV stack melts at least one of the first or second solder connections to allow the corresponding springs to be displaced away from the respective MOV stack input terminals.

Surge protection device

A voice coil motor includes a housing having a cavity; a movable assembly received in the cavity; a fixing assembly configured outside of the movable assembly; and a first spring plate and a second spring plate configured at an upper surface and a lower surface of the movable assembly respectively. The fixing assembly comprises at least two magnetic elements connected with the first spring plate and a spacer member configured on the second spring plate to connect the second spring plate to the magnetic elements or the housing. The voice coil motor is served as an actuator of electronic products such as digital cameras, mobile phones, and digital cameras, which has thin thickness, good performance and strong applicability.

A circuit protection device includes a metal oxide varistor (MOV), a spring terminal and a thermal disconnect coupling the spring terminal to the MOV. A gas discharge tube (GDT) is coupled to the MOV. The spring terminal is biased such that upon occurrence of an overvoltage condition, heat generated by the MOV melts the thermal disconnect and allows the spring terminal to be displaced away from the MOV, thereby creating an opening circuit.

A circuit protection device including a housing, a metal oxide varistor disposed within said housing, a terminal having a contact lead at a first end electrically attached to said metal oxide varistor by solder and having a second end extending outside of said housing, an arc shield disposed within said housing between said contact lead and said metal oxide varistor, a micro switch housed in a pocket portion of the housing, said micro switch having a trigger portion and an indicator portion disposed at least partially outside of said housing, said arc shield positioned against said trigger portion, and a spring configured to bias said arc shield away from said pocket portion and to move said arc shield away from said trigger portion when said solder is melted to provide a barrier between said metal oxide varistor and said contact lead, whereby the indicator portion is retracted into the housing.
