A method and a system for identifying an operating status of an electrical appliance based on non-intrusive load monitoring are provided. The method includes the following steps. Total power consumption history data of a target field and appliance power consumption history data of target electrical appliances are obtained. The appliance power consumption history data of each target electrical appliance is converted into a binary data set. The total power consumption history data is clustered into cluster samples to obtain first feature data sets, which are then dimensionally reduced into second feature data sets, and a machine learning model is trained by using the second feature data sets and the binary data sets of the target electrical appliances to establish an operation identification model for the target electrical appliances. The operation identification model identifies an operating status of the target electrical appliances according to total power consumption data.

The present invention discloses a system and method for service matching of IM software, which is adapted for operating between a plurality of user devices and a plurality of IM software supplier servers. The IM software supplier server provides at least one IM software associated service. The user device merely installs one of the plurality of IM software, and the user device can access services provided by different IM software supplier servers. The service matching method comprises: relaying a service request to the corresponding IM software supplier server according to a correspondence table defining the IM software and names of the IM software associated service when the user device makes the service request; and returning a feedback of the corresponding IM software supplier server to the user device made the service request.

A video conversion method for frame rate reduction. Video data comprising at least one I-frame and a plurality of B- and P-frames is provided. The B- and P-frames are converted to P-frames using a first image processing method, thereby leaving the I-frame and a plurality of P-frames. A frame rate reduction operation is implemented based on the converted frames using a second image processing method.

Video conversion methods for frame rate reduction

A transcoder system for adaptively reducing frame rate is provided, which can change audio-visual stream of a GOP (group of picture). Each picture in the GOP consists of a plurality of macroblocks. The transcoder system includes a switching device, a variable length decoder, a motion vector compensation device, a memory and an encoder/decoder. The motion vector compensation device can compute output motion vectors respectively for the macroblocks in accordance with input picture types, so video data of I-, P- and B-pictures without complete reduced frame-rate transcoding in the prior art can be avoided. Therefore, video transcoding for pictures can be performed completely and quickly to thus reduce required transcoding computation and further increase transcoding speed.

A digital image processing device, more particularly, a digital camera, which includes: a static digital image extracting device used to extract the static digital image and output; a compressing device used to compress the static digital image using wavelet transform to produce a compressed image data file; a memory card used to store the compressed image data file; a central processing unit used to calculate and compare the storage space left in the memory card, storage space used in the memory card and the size of the compressed image data file, when the storage space left in the memory card is less than the size of the compressed image data file, part of the image data file stored in the memory is eliminated to store the compressed image data file, otherwise the compressed image data file is directly stored in the memory card; a decompressing device used to decompress the compressed image data file to produce an image data file; and an image display device used to display the image data file.
