A camera module includes a casing, a base, an imaging lens module, a driving module, an image stabilization module and an image sensor. The base is coupled to the casing, forming an accommodation space. The imaging lens module is disposed in the accommodation space and includes an imaging lens and a plastic light-folding element. The driving module includes a first holder, a fixed frame, a first rollable support and a first driving mechanism. The first holder holds the plastic light-folding element. The fixed frame is disposed corresponding to the first holder. The first rollable support is disposed between the first holder and the fixed frame. The first driving mechanism is configured to drive the first holder to move relative to the fixed frame. The image stabilization module is configured to drive the imaging lens or the image sensor to move in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis.

Camera module and electronic device

A camera driving module includes: a base including a central opening; a casing disposed on the base and including an opening hole corresponding to the central opening; a lens unit movably disposed on the casing; and a focus driving part. The focus driving part includes a carrier, an AF coil element, at least two permanent magnets and a Hall element. The carrier is disposed on the lens unit and movable in a direction parallel to an optical axis. The AF coil element is fixed to the base and faces toward the carrier. The permanent magnets are fixed on one side of the carrier facing toward the base and disposed opposite to each other about the optical axis. The Hall element faces toward a corresponding surface of one of the permanent magnets. The AF coil element and the corresponding surfaces are arranged in the direction parallel to the optical axis.

Camera driving module and electronic device

A lens driving apparatus includes a holder, a cover, a carrier, a first magnet, a coil, a spring, two second magnets and a hall sensor. The holder includes an opening hole. The cover is made of metal material and coupled to the holder. The carrier is movably disposed in the cover, and for coupling to a lens. The first magnet is connected to an inner side of the cover. The coil is wound around an outer side of the carrier, and adjacent to the first magnet. The spring is coupled to the carrier. The second magnets are disposed on one end of the carrier which is toward the holder. The hall sensor is for detecting a magnetic field of any one of the second magnets, wherein the magnetic field is varied according to a relative displacement between the hall sensor and the second magnet which is detected.

Lens driving apparatus

A camera module includes a plastic carrier, an imaging lens assembly, a reflective element and a plurality of auto-focusing elements. The plastic carrier includes an inner portion and an outer portion, wherein an inner space is defined by the inner portion, and the outer portion includes at least one mounting structure. The imaging lens assembly is disposed in the inner space of the plastic carrier. The reflective element is for folding an image light by a reflective surface of the reflective element into the imaging lens assembly. The auto-focusing elements include at least two magnets and at least one wiring element, wherein the auto-focusing elements are for moving the plastic carrier along a second optical axis of the imaging lens assembly, and the magnets or the wiring element can be disposed on the mounting structure of the outer portion.

An imaging lens module includes an imaging lens unit, an optical folding component and a sensing magnet group. The imaging lens unit has an optical axis. The optical folding component is configured to fold an incident optical path into the imaging lens unit to coincide with the optical axis. The sensing magnet group includes two sensing magnets that are sequentially disposed on the imaging lens unit along a direction in parallel with the optical axis. The sensing magnets are located at the same side with respect to a reference plane that passes through the optical axis and has a normal direction perpendicular to the optical axis. When the sensing magnets are observed from the direction in parallel with the optical axis, images of the sensing magnets are at least partially overlapped. Two adjacent magnetic poles of the sensing magnets are like poles between which there is a repulsive force.

Imaging lens module and electronic device

A lens driving apparatus includes a holder, a metal cover, a carrier, a sensing magnet, a printed circuit board, a position sensor, a coil and at least one driving magnet. The metal cover is coupled with the holder and has an opening. The carrier is assembled to a lens assembly having an optical axis, wherein the carrier is disposed in the metal cover and is movable along a direction parallel to the optical axis. The sensing magnet is coupled with the carrier. The printed circuit board is disposed near to one of the four lateral sides of the holder. The position sensor is disposed on the printed circuit board and corresponds to the sensing magnet. The coil is disposed on an outer surface of the carrier. One of the driving magnet is disposed in the metal cover and corresponds to the coil.

Lens driving apparatus, photographing module and electronic device

A camera module includes a metal yoke, a holding base, a plastic barrel, a plurality of plastic lens elements, a leaf spring pair and a coil element. The holding base is connected to the metal yoke and defines an inner space. The holding base has a through hole which is corresponding to an opening of the metal yoke. The plastic barrel is movably disposed in the inner space. The plastic lens elements are disposed in the plastic barrel. The leaf spring pair includes two leaf springs which are located on a same plane and connected to the plastic barrel. The coil element surrounds an outer surface of the plastic barrel and electrically connected to the leaf spring pair, wherein two ends of the coil element is connected to the leaf springs by a thermal pressing method.

A lens assembly module includes a base, a cover, a lens unit, an elastic element, at least two conductive elements, at least one AF coil element and at least two first magnetic elements. The cover is coupled to the base. The lens unit is movably disposed in the cover. The elastic element is coupled to the lens unit. The conductive elements are coupled to the lens unit. The AF coil element is disposed on the lens unit, and two ends of the AF coil element are electrically connected to the conductive elements, respectively. The first magnetic elements are disposed in the cover. A part of each of the inner portions is overlapped along a direction parallel to an optical axis and electrically connected to each conductive element. The AF coil element and the conductive elements are electrically connected by a welding method.

Lens assembly module with autofocus function and electronic device

A semiconductor wafer cleaning apparatus is provided. The semiconductor wafer cleaning apparatus includes a spin base, a spindle, a clamping member, and a first sealing ring. The spin base has a through hole and a flange. The spindle extends through the through hole. The clamping member covers the through hole and is connected to the spindle. The clamping member includes a mounting part. The first sealing ring is disposed under the clamping member. A top surface of the first sealing ring and a top surface of the flange are in contact with a bottom surface of the mounting part.

Semiconductor wafer cleaning apparatus

A camera module includes a metal yoke, a holder, a plastic barrel, a plurality of plastic lens elements and a plurality of metal conducting elements. The holder is connected to the metal yoke for forming an inner space. The plastic barrel is movably disposed in the inner space and includes at least one buffering part. The plastic lens elements are disposed in the plastic barrel. The metal conducting elements are at least one leaf spring and a wire element, wherein the metal conducting elements are connected to the plastic barrel. Before the at least one buffering part contacts a contacting part of the at least one leaf spring, there is a gap distance between the at least one buffering part and the contacting part of the at least one leaf spring.

A camera module includes a base, a lens module, a reflection module, a longitudinal guiding bar, a transverse guiding bar and a shaft guiding bar. The lens module has an optical axis and is disposed on the base. The reflection module includes a reflective element disposed on the base and located on an object side of the lens module. The longitudinal and transverse guiding bars are disposed between the base and the lens module and respectively extend in a first direction parallel to the optical axis and a second direction perpendicular to the optical axis. The shaft guiding bar is disposed between the base and the reflection module and extends in the second direction. The lens module is movable along the longitudinal and transverse guiding bars, respectively, and the reflective element is rotatable by taking the shaft guiding bar as a rotation axis.

Camera module having reflective element and electronic device

A lens assembly driving module includes a holder, a metal yoke, a lens unit, a magnet set, a coil, at least one elastic element and at least one damper agent. The metal yoke is coupled with the holder and includes a through hole and at least one extending structure. The extending structure is disposed around the through hole and extends along a direction from the through hole to the holder. The lens unit is movably disposed in the metal yoke. The lens unit includes an optical axis and at least one notch structure. The notch structure is disposed in an outer peripheral area of the lens unit and is corresponding to the extending structure. The damper agent is disposed between the extending structure of the metal yoke and the notch structure of the lens unit. The damper agent is applied to damp a movement of the lens unit.
