An antenna system includes: a plurality of antennas; a switching unit, having a plurality of switches, wherein each of the plurality of switches and the corresponding antenna are in a conducting state or in a non-conducting state; a communication unit, connected with each of the plurality of switches of the switching unit, and coupled with the antennas, wherein the communication unit receives a reference value group of the corresponding antenna from the switch in the conducting state; and a control unit, connected with the switching unit and the communication unit, wherein the control unit receives the reference value group from the communication unit, and compares the reference value group with an threshold, to determine whether the reference value group conforms to a pre-determined condition or not, and outputs a restarting instruction to restart the switching unit when the reference value group does not satisfy the pre-determined condition.

Antenna system and restarting method thereof

A proximity sensor and a mobile communication device thereof are provided. The mobile communication device includes an antenna structure, a matching circuit, a capacitance sensing circuit and a processing circuit. The matching circuit couples to the antenna structure. The capacitance sensing circuit couples to the matching circuit. The capacitance sensing circuit senses a capacitance variation on the antenna structure via the matching circuit and accordingly generates a proximity sensing signal. The processing circuit is coupled to the capacitance sensing circuit to receive the proximity sensing signal. When a signal level of the proximity sensing signal exceeds a first threshold value, an object is determined approaching, and when the signal level of the proximity sensing signal exceeds a second threshold value, a human body is determines approaching. The first and the second threshold value are different.

The present invention discloses an image sensing semiconductor package and manufacture method thereof utilizing the plastic leaded chip carrier (PLCC) manufacture process to produce image sensing chips with a cheaper plastic carrier, and it also seals dry high-pressure gas inside the image sensing chip in the manufacture process. Therefore, when the image sensing chip is used in a device, it can prevent moisture in the air from entering into the interior of the image sensing component due to pressure difference that will shorten the lifespan of the image sensing chip. The invention also provides a component rinsing procedure for the image sensing semiconductor package manufacture process, so that no environmental factor of the manufacture process such as humidity and dust particles will affect the sensitivity of the chip or the normal display of the screen, and hence lower the defective rate of the product.
