A temperature control switch comprises a switch casing, which contains a springy slice, where the springy slice is provided with a thermostatic bimetal strip on its bouncing end. The thermostatic bimetal strip is provided with an electric heating device, where the first end and second end of the device are respectively connected in series between a first control terminal and the thermostatic bimetal strip. The elevated end of the thermostatic bimetal strip links one end of an uplifted metal slice to form an incompletely fixed link point, while the other end of the uplifted metal slice features a swaying contact, which corresponds to the contact point that a second control terminal joins. When subjected to heat, the one end of the thermostatic bimetal strip deforms, enabling the swaying contact to separate from the contact point, thus preventing the contact point from being damaged by the heat.

The present invention is to provide an energy saving lamp holder, structurally comprising a body, a set of conducting spring leaves, a set of elastic articles, an anti-backspin guide plate and a positioning plate. When installing an energy saving bulb by inserting the conducting terminals of the bulb in the positioning grooves of the positioning plate for a twist, the anti-backspin guide plate is pressed to move inward and back soon. The anti-backspin guide plate and the contact plate of the conducting spring leaf jointly seize the conducting terminals and refrains the bulb from being back spinning. The energy saving lamp holder disables electric conduction before the completion of the installation of a bulb, which further ensures no possibility of careless electric shock.

A fast plugging power line connector includes a female body, a male body, two plugging plates, two line connecting bases and two terminal clips. The female body has a locking projection, a separating wall to divide it into two plugging grooves. The male body has a separating wall to divide it into two terminal grooves, and a restricting projection with a locking hook used to lock together with the locking projection. The plugging plates are fixed in the plugging grooves, respectively having two line-clipping grooves to clamp a power line. The two line connecting bases are inserted in the female body. The terminal clips are installed in the terminal grooves of the male body. With the locking hook of the male body locked with the locking projection of the female body, the power line connector is conveniently and safely assembled by a consumer.

The invention is to provide a switch lamp holder, which comprises: a core, having a switch control element stretched from its lateral and a set of penetrating orifices which are residing at the oblique areas of the core, and joining a hollow chamber at its one end; a cover, having a through hole at its top and a hollow chamber at its bottom to conceal the core with an joint, and having a slot at its lateral to allow the passage of the switch control element; and a positioning plate, offering a set of posts at its top, capable of joining the penetrating orifices, and a set of positioning grooves, for accommodating a set of conducting spring slices, and the conducting spring slices is provided with a connecting cord to extend upward to join said core.

A cover for terminal screws of a receptacle, which has plug holes with a positive and a negative pole connected with terminal screws with a power line, is composed of a pivotal column, a locking hook and a cover case. The pivotal column is fixed on a sidewall of the receptacle, having a pivotal pin on its top and its bottom. The locking hook is fixed on the other side of the pivotal column on the sidewall. The cover case has a flat projection on the top and the bottom of its inner side, with each flat projection bored with a locking hole, and a locking bar with a rear opening provided at its other side. Then the pivotal pins may insert in the pivotal holes of the flat projections, and the locking bar is to lock with the locking hook, which is then to be confined in the opening, enabling the cover case to close stably on the terminal screws.

A compact fluorescent lampholder includes a cap, a shell, an electric board and a base. The cap and the shell are combined together by hooking, and the electric board is combined with the base by plural pins, and then the electric board assembled together with the base is inserted in a hollow space of the shell. A compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) is to be inserted in a groove in the base. Then wires are connected properly between the electric board and electric power so as to light up a CFL fitted in the base. The shell is easily separated from the cap to fall down a little owing to some spare preset length of the wires so it is convenient to replace a CFL or to repair the socket.

A halogen lampholder includes a base, a locking spring, two clipping members, two sliding members, a bottom cover, an outer shell and an outer ring. The base is assembled with the locking spring, the clipping members and the sliding members and then, with the bottom cover and the outer shell orderly. The base has a vertical plugging chamber for a fitting portion and two conducting teeth of a lamp to plug in. The locking spring clamps the fitting portion of the lamp. The clipping members connect with the conducting teeth. The sliding members are placed in the base to restrain the locking spring. The bottom cover restrains the locking spring and the clipping members. The outer shell covers the bottom cover, combined with an outer ring and a power-wire tube for a power wire to pass through and reach the clipping members.

A chain controlled lamp stand with multi-stage light modulation includes a control device to modulate brightness of a lamp. The control device consists of a chain-controlled switch and a light modulation circuit board controlled by the chain-controlled switch to modulate the brightness of the lamp. The chain-controlled switch in the lamp stand is combined with a rotatable disc, which can be actuated to rotate at its original location by a pull chain. The rotable disc is assembled thereon with a conducting metal contact strip, and the light modulation circuit board is provided with multi-stage connecting strips, which are able to change, and control voltage waveform. Thus, the metal contact strip is actuated to contact respectively with the multi-stage connecting strips to carry out multi-stage light modulation of the lamp stand.

A multi-directional switch grip includes an insulating body, a lamp socket and an insulating disc positioned between the insulating body and the lamp socket. A pair of terminals, an intermediate contact member and a rotating member with a ratchet respectively on two sides is fixed in the insulating body. A conductive member fits around a large ratchet and has half numbers of contact pieces as that of the large ratchet. One of the terminals and the intermediate contact member contact the teeth of the large ratchet in a turned off condition, or contact the contact pieces in a turned-on condition. A switch grip is provided to be pulled or bent in any direction to move a hooking member, which moves and rotates the large ratchet for a set angle to turn on the switch and the switch is turned off by repeating the same action.

A lamp stand with multi-stage light modulation includes plural resistors annularly arranged to form a circular space. The resistors have terminals soldered on the outer walls of U-shaped contact blades, with an empty position terminal provided in the circular space. A light-modulating controller extends in the lamp stand, having a rotor formed with plural slopes on an outer wall for rotor copper strips to rest thereon. A trigger diode is connected to the gate of a triac AC switch and a capacitor is connected to the trigger diode and the paralleled terminals of the resistors and to the main terminals of the triac AC switch. The light-modulating controller is rotated to let the rotor copper strips contact the contact strips of the resistors to turn on power and charge the capacitor. Different resistance values change the breakdown speed of the DIAC and control the gate of the TRIAC to change the voltage effective value of the lamp, thus reaching a goal of light modulating.

Thermal protector housing

A rotatable socket for a halogen-lamp. The socket includes a porcelain base having two insert grooves at its bottom and an H-shaped upright post standing on the bottom. A plus and minus contact members respectively positioned in two opposite recessed sides of the H-shaped upright post. The top end of the plus contact member rests on a protruding lug on the top center of the H-shaped upright post. The top end of the minus contact member rests on the top of the right side wing of the H-shaped post. A mica plate is fitted on the H-shaped post and a metal threaded sleeve surrounds the H-shaped post and is fixed with it by rivets, permitting the top end of the plus contact member to protrude out in order to function as a plus terminal and an upper rim of the threaded sleeve presses the top section of the minus contact member to function as a minus terminal.

A revised structure of a distribution box of an on-line switch essentially comprised of a distribution box base, wherein four separated wire slots are formed and the left, right and base of the slot are in the shapes triangular of pyramid convexes, a box cover, wherein wire-pressing convexes which correspond to the convexes of the distribution box base are made, and a control element, which is inserted in the space created after the distribution box base and the box cover; after the electric wire being inserted in the wire slots and the distribution base and the box cover being assembled, the convexes can compress the electric wires in four directions and in turn grip the electric wires firmly, preventing the electric wires the risks form loosening, or even falling off, under improper pulling.

Revised structure for on-line switch

A lamp socket with a pull string switch includes a socket body, a screw base, and a pull string switch combined in the socket body. The improved feature is two power lead protectors formed on an upper end surface of the socket body for separating two power leads so that the power lead protectors may hamper accidental force of pulline the power leads from directly transmitted to connect points of the power leads. Thus the connect points may not disconnected from the terminals or become badly connected with the terminals, keeping good quality of the power leads in transmitting electricity and safety of using electricity.

Lamp socket with a pull string switch

A lamp base includes a base body, a lamp socket fixed under the base body, a housing protecting the base body and the lamp socket, and a cap closing up the housing. To terminals are provided in the base body to connect to two power wires passing through an upper wire hole of the cap. The cap has a short tube portion extending down from the wire hole to press down the power wires on an upper surface of the base body to secure the power wires tightly so as not to loosen off the two terminals if exterior force should pull the power wires by accident.
