A fan frame body structure includes a first frame body. The first frame body has a first upper end, a first lower end, a first frame wall and a first main flow way. The first main flow way passes through the first frame body and is formed with a first main inlet and a first main outlet respectively at the first upper end and the first lower end. A first subsidiary flow way is disposed in the first frame wall. The first subsidiary flow way is in parallel the first main flow way. The first subsidiary outlet is positioned at the first upper end of the first frame body in flush with and in adjacency to the first main inlet.

Fan frame body structure

A heat dissipation system with air sensation function includes a chassis, multiple fans, multiple air sensation units and an external control device connected to the fans. The chassis has an installation face for installing the fans thereon. The air sensation units are respectively disposed on the fans for detecting the air state of the corresponding fans to generate an air sensation signal. The external control device serves to receive the air sensation signal transmitted from the air sensation units and compare the data contained in the air sensation signal with preset data so as to control/adjust the rotational speed of the corresponding fans. Accordingly, a uniform airflow flows out of the fans to effectively lower the noise.

Heat dissipation system with air sensation function

The present invention relates to a jet structure of a fan rotor, which comprises a fan wheel and at least one connecting channel. The fan wheel has a hub and plural blades disposed on the circumferential side of the hub. The hub has a top portion and a sidewall. Each of the blades has an upper surface and a lower surface which form a high-pressure zone and a low-pressure zone, respectively. The connecting channel is provided with at least one first inlet disposed in the high-pressure zone and at least one first outlet disposed in the low-pressure zone. The first inlet and the first outlet are a first end and a second end of the connecting channel, respectively. By means of the design of the present invention, the effect of noise reduction can be achieved.

Jet structure of fan rotor

A fan noise-lowering structure includes a fan frame and a connection section. The fan frame has a bottom side and a circumferential wall. The circumferential wall defines an airflow passage. Two ends of the airflow passage respectively have an inlet and an outlet. The connection section is disposed on inner side or outer side of the circumferential wall. The connection section has an internal passage. Two ends of the internal passage respectively have an inlet end and an outlet end. The outlet end is disposed on the inner side of the circumferential wall in connection with the airflow passage near the inlet. The inlet end is disposed on the bottom side in flush with the outlet. The connection section serves to guide the high-pressure air at the outlet to jet to the inlet so as to achieve multiple noise-lowering effects.

Fan noise-lowering structure

A fan noise-lowering structure includes a fan frame main body and a connecting pipe. The fan frame main body has a bottom section and a peripheral wall section; the peripheral wall section is externally located around and forwardly extended normal to the bottom section and internally defines an air-stream passage. Further, the peripheral wall section is formed with a first pipe and a second pipe, which are communicable with the air-stream passage defined in the peripheral wall section. The connecting pipe has two ends respectively connected to the first pipe and the second pipe. With the connecting pipe, air at an air outlet of the air-stream passage having higher pressure is guided to generate swirls, which moves toward an air inlet of the air-stream passage to thereby effectively lower the noise produced by the fan in operating.

A fan noise-lowering structure includes a fan frame main body and a connection section. The fan frame main body has a bottom side and a frame peripheral wall. The frame peripheral wall is perpendicularly annularly disposed on the outer rim of the bottom side. The inner rim of the frame peripheral wall defines an airflow passage. Two ends of the airflow passage respectively have an inlet and an outlet. The connection section is disposed in the frame peripheral wall. Two ends of the connection section are connected with the frame peripheral wall. The two ends of the middle passage are an inlet end and an outlet end in communication with the airflow passage. The connection section serves to guide the high-pressure air of the outlet to jet toward the inlet so as to achieve multiple noise-lowering effects.

A series fan assembling structure includes a connection assembly, a first fan and a second fan. The connection assembly has a first connection member having a first end face and a second end face opposite to the first end face. A second connection member is disposed at an upper end of the first connection member to outward horizontally extend from the first end face. A third connection member is disposed at a lower end of the first connection member to outward horizontally extend from the second end face. A passage is formed at the centers of the first and second end faces. The first fan is mated with the first end face of the first connection member and horizontally connected with the second connection member. The second fan is mated with the second end face of the first connection member and horizontally connected with the third connection member.

Series fan assembling structure

A ring-type fan includes a frame having a receiving space defined between an air inlet and an air outlet thereof and being provided along an inner side of the air outlet with an inward projected wall portion; an impeller assembly rotatably mounted in the receiving space and including spaced impellers outward extended from a hub, and a ring member connected to radially outer ends of the impellers and externally provided with a circle of stop section, which and the projected wall portion together define an air passage between them; and at least one pressure relief section defining an airflow guide on the frame to communicate with the receiving space and the air passage. Any backflow can be guided out of the frame via the air passage and the pressure relief section without interfering with the inflow of air, allowing the ring-type fan to have upgraded heat dissipation performance.

Ring-type fan and impeller structure thereof

A fan with integrated vibration absorbing structure includes a fan frame, a hub-blade assembly, and at least one vibration absorber. The fan frame includes a base and at least one side wall formed around the base, and the hub-blade assembly is arranged in the fan frame. The at least one vibration absorber is provided on the at least one side wall to project therefrom for absorbing vibration produced by the fan during the operation thereof. Therefore, with the vibration absorbers integrated into the fan frame, it is no longer necessary to provide any additional vibration-absorbing member while upgraded vibration-absorbing effect can be achieved. Meanwhile, the fan can be more conveniently mounted at reduced mounting cost.

Fan with integrated vibration absorbing structure

An anti-vibration serial fan structure includes a first frame having a first assembling side and a second frame having a second assembling for connecting to the first assembling side. The first assembling side is provided with at least one mounting post or mounting hole and at least one male or female connector. The second assembling side is correspondingly provided with at least one mounting hole or mounting post and at least one female or male connector. The male connector has a certain degree of elasticity, so that the engaged male and female connectors provide a vibration-absorbing effect to save additional cushioning elements, enabling the serial fan structure to have lowered assembling cost and minimized defects in assembling.

Anti-vibration serial fan structure

A frame assembly of a ring-type fan with a pressure-releasing function includes a fan wheel, a pressuring-releasing portion, and a frame body. The fan wheel is received in an accommodating space of the frame body. The fan wheel has a hub and a plurality of blades. The pressure-releasing portion is formed on free ends of the blades and has a stopping wall and a flange extending from one end of the stopping wall. A pressure-releasing channel is formed between the stopping wall and an inner wall of the frame body. With the pressure-releasing portion being formed on the free ends of the blades, the present invention is capable of delaying the deceleration, improving the fan performance, and reducing its noise.

Frame assembly of ring-type fan with pressure-releasing function

An anti-relief fan frame body structure includes a frame body and multiple anti-relief sections. The frame body has a receiving space and a shaft seat received in the receiving space. The frame body further has multiple flow guide members extending from a circumference of shaft seat to an inner circumference of the frame body to connect with the inner circumference of the frame body. The anti-relief sections are disposed on the inner circumference of the frame body between the flow guide members to increase the performance of the fan.

A motor stator with heat dissipation structure for fan includes a silicon steel plate assembly having a plurality of magnetic-pole columns, on each of which at least one winding is wound, and a space is defined between any two adjacent magnetic-pole columns; a covering being a heat-conducting plastic material filled in the spaces while covering the silicon steel plate assembly and the windings; and a plurality of heat pipes being extended into or through the covering filled in the spaces, so that heat produced by the silicon steel plate assembly and the windings during operation thereof can be transferred to the covering, and the heat pipes can absorb the heat from the covering and dissipate the absorbed heat into ambient air. Therefore, the silicon steel plate assembly and the windings can have lowered temperature and the cooling fan can have upgraded heat dissipation characteristic.
