The present invention discloses a respiratory mask to connect a user and a breathing tube for receiving a first gas and releasing a second gas, so as to provide an user's respiratory system to exchange gas. It comprises a main part, an air chamber exchange part, an insert and a clamping part. The main part provides a first, second, and third openings that are communicated each other. The first opening connects to the breathing tube to receive the first gas from the breathing tube. The air chamber exchange part provides an exhaust assembly to relieve pressure according to an internal air pressure of the air chamber exchange part. The insert connects to the user's nose so as to direct the first gas to the user or direct the second gas from the user to the air chamber exchange part. The clamping part connects to the user's mouth.

Respiratory mask

A device for measuring brain oxygen level of a subject, including a probe () and a detecting means (), which are respectively coupled to a processor (). According to the example, the probe () includes three light sources () that simultaneously emit the first, second, and third NIR wavelengths across the brain of the subject. The first NIR wavelength is the isosbestic wavelength for oxy-hemoglobin (HbO2) and deoxy-hemoglobin (Hb), the second NIR wavelength is shorter than the first NIR wavelength, and the third NIR wavelength is longer than the first NIR wavelength. The detecting means () includes a first, second and third detectors () for respectively detecting the NIR intensities of the first, second and third NIR wavelengths traveled across the brain. The processor () is configured to determine blood oxygen level based on the measured NIR intensities of the first, second and third NIR wavelengths by use of build-in algorithm derived from Beer-Lambert Law. And method of detecting brain hematoma of a subject by use of the present device.

The slider case provides housing for a portable appliance and integrates a cable retractor containing a coil spring, a rotary disc, a cable, and a winding disc. The rotary disc has a top circular indentation where the coil spring is accommodated in the indentation. A number of gear teeth are provided around the rotary disc and the winding disc. The winding disc has a central axle for the winding of the cable. The winding disc is positioned such that its teeth engage those of the rotary disc. A spiral track and a centrifugal track are provided on the rotary disc and the casing member, respectively. A positioning ball, together with the spiral track and the centrifugal track, provides a positioning function. The cable can be configured to be pulled in a single direction with a connector or multiple directors at a free end.

Structure of a single-pull reel

A headset having a built-in audio source and cable management mechanism is disclosed herein. The headset is composed of two loop-style earpieces and a cable connecting the two earpieces. One earpiece has a built-in audio source such as a MP3 player, an AM/FM receiver, and the like. The cable is for delivering audio signal from the audio source built in one earpiece to the other. The other earpiece has a built-in cable winder so that the cable could be pulled and fixed to a desired length. When the headset is not in use, a slight pull and release of the cable would allow the cable winder to retract the cable back into the earpiece.

The cable reel comprises a top cover, a pad, a reeling disc top cover, a reeling disc, a lead wire, a spring, a bottom cover and positioning member, characterized in that the reeling disc and the positioning element mounted at the outer side of the bottom cover alternately interact to achieve a positioning function, wherein the positioning element includes a peg and a pulling spring and the peg is pivotally mounted to the peg at the outer edge of the bottom cover, and the rear direction is a pulling spring to provide correct direction, and can swing in accordance with the operational rails at the bottom section of the reeling disc to provide an alternate engaging and disengaging swinging action.

A positioning shaft of a dual direction cable reel is disclosed. The cable reel comprises an upper cover, a pad, a reeling disc, a coiled cable, a spring, and a lower cover, characterized in that the reeling disc and a positioning element mounted at the inner edge of the lower cover form an engaging and disengaging mechanism, wherein the positioning element includes a positioning shaft and a positioning plate and the positioning plate covers the top portion of the positioning shaft and is secured with a peg and the positioning plate has a pivot hole at the center thereof for the pivot mounting of the positioning shaft, and the front end of the positioning plate exposed from the shaft body of the positioning shaft is provided with a sliding protruded section corresponding to the railing slot at the bottom section of the reeling disc, and the bottom section is provided with an operation railing slot for the sliding protruded section to rotate along the reeling slot so as to provide an alternating engaging and a disengaging action.

A multi-stages retractable coiling cord is disclosed. The coiling cord comprises a front cover, a spiral spring, a sliding disc, a retraction cord, a positioning bead and a rear cover. The cord is retracted and is positioned once when the sliding disc rotates once. A slight pull will allow the coiling cord to release from engaging.
