A vapor chamber includes a first panel defining an evaporation region, a thermal insulation region and a condensation region, a second panel joined to the first panel to define an enclosed accommodation space therebetween, a capillary material disposed in the accommodation space, and a working fluid. The first panel has a plurality of first bumps disposed within the accommodation space and distributed in the evaporation region, the thermal insulation region and the condensation region and abutted against the capillary material. The capillary material has a hollow portion located in the thermal insulation region to expose a part of the first bumps. The second panel has a plurality of second bumps abutted against the first bumps in the hollow portion.

Vapor chamber that utilizes a capillary structure and bumps to form a liquid-vapor channel

A joint assembly of vapor chambers connects the vapor chambers to effectuate joint operation thereof. For example, two paired vapor chambers are connected therebetween by a capillary pipe and a gas pipe. The capillary pipe is filled with a third wick which connects with a first wick and a second wick in the two vapor chambers. The two vapor chambers are in spatial communication with each other because of the gas pipe. A working fluid in the two vapor chambers is transferred between the first, second and third wicks by capillarity. The gas-phase working fluid moves between the two vapor chambers via the gas pipe, thereby allowing the two vapor chambers to operate jointly.

A calibration mechanism is positioned in a scanning device having a scanning module for scanning a document. The scanning module defines a scanning line perpendicular to a scanned area of the document. The calibration mechanism includes a calibration unit, a supporting unit supporting the calibration unit, and a driving unit. The calibration unit is positioned to face the scanning module and aligned with the scanning line. The driving unit drives the calibration unit to move close to the scanning module and away from the scanning module along the scanning line. The scanning module obtains great brightness value by scanning the calibration unit, if the calibration unit is close to the scanning module. The scanning module obtains small brightness value by scanning the calibration unit, if the calibration unit is far from the scanning module.

A paper feeding mechanism mounted to a shell includes a pickup mechanism, a transporting mechanism, a separation mechanism and a one-way clutch mechanism. The pickup mechanism includes a pickup motor having a rotating roller, a pickup roller and a pickup wheel. The transporting mechanism includes a transporting motor, a transporting roller, a transporting wheel and a transporting gear. The separation mechanism includes a separation roller, a separation gear and a separation wheel. The one-way clutch mechanism includes a one-way axle, a wiggling arm, a restoration elastic element fastened between the wiggling arm and the shell, and a releasing gear. The one-way axle passes through one end of the wiggling arm. The rotating roller of the pickup motor passes through the one-way axle. The releasing gear mounted to the other end of the wiggling arm is engaged with the transporting gear and the separation gear.

Paper feeding mechanism

A paper feeding mechanism includes a mechanical frame, a drive system mounted to the mechanical frame, an input tray pivoted to the mechanical frame, a controlling assembly, a pickup assembly and an elevating assembly. The pickup assembly includes a pickup roller and a pickup wheel pivoted to the pickup roller. The elevating assembly mounted to the mechanical frame is pivoted to the input tray. The controlling assembly includes a controlling system, a paper sensor, a floating sensor, and a pickup sensor detecting a position of the pickup assembly to get a total thickness of papers on the input tray. The controlling system controls the drive system to drive the elevating assembly to wiggle upward and downward to drive the input tray to rise and descend according to the total thickness of the papers on the input tray so as to make the pickup wheel pick up the papers steadily.

A method of conveying documents for an ADF includes steps of beginning a first conveying procedure of a next document after a preceding document passes through a scanning section during a first conveying procedure of the preceding document, performing a first inverting procedure and then beginning a second conveying procedure of the preceding document during the first conveying procedure of the next document, performing a first inverting procedure and then beginning a second conveying procedure of the next document during the second conveying procedure of the preceding document, performing a second inverting procedure and then beginning a third conveying procedure of the preceding document during the second conveying procedure of the next document, and performing a second inverting procedure and then beginning a third conveying procedure of the next document during the third conveying procedure of the preceding document. The next document begins the first conveying procedure during the preceding document performs the first conveying procedure to improve the efficiency and speed.

Method of conveying documents for automatic document feeder

A document feeding mechanism includes a driving shaft, a document blocking unit, a tray, an elastic unit and an actuating unit. The tray is pushed up to connect the document blocking unit by the elastic unit. The actuating unit is coupled to the driving shaft and abutted against the tray for pushing down the tray to separate from the document blocking unit. The actuating unit will be driven to allow the tray to be pushed to swing up by the elastic unit for blocking documents. The actuating unit will be driven to abut against the tray for pushing the tray to swing down for separating the tray from the document blocking unit for conveying the documents. Therefore, the document feeding mechanism has high reliability for blocking the documents.

Document feeding mechanism

A sheet pressing apparatus assembled to a file processing equipment which has an input tray for stacking sheets and a pickup roller for feeding sheets. The sheet pressing apparatus includes a sheet pressing assembly movably mounted to the file processing equipment, a driving device including a connecting member and a stepping motor, a sensor unit and a control system. The sheet pressing assembly is driven by the stepping motor to be descending through the connecting member. When the sheet pressing assembly descends, the sensor unit touches the sheets and sends a signal to the control system, the control system figures out the thickness of the sheets by calculating steps the stepping motor having passed, then the control system makes the stepping motor further move with certain steps to drive the sheet pressing assembly further descend to apply a suitable pressure on the sheets.
