A projection apparatus includes a light valve, a projection lens, and a light source device. The light source device provides an illumination beam and includes a casing, a light source, and a wavelength-converting module. The casing has an opening portion. The light source device is disposed in the casing and provides an excitation beam. The wavelength-converting module is disposed at the opening portion and includes a bracket, a motor, and a wavelength-converting wheel. Heat-dissipating fin set of the bracket is exposed out of the casing via the opening portion. The motor is disposed on a carrying portion of the bracket. The wavelength-converting wheel is driven to rotate by the motor. The wavelength-converting wheel converts the excitation beam into a conversion beam. The illumination beam includes the conversion beam. The light valve is disposed on a transmissive path of the illumination beam to convert the illumination beam into an image beam.

Wavelength-converting module, light source device, and projection apparatus

A projection lens adjustment module applicable to a projection lens is provided. The projection lens includes a first assembly and a second assembly. The projection lens adjustment module includes a flexible connection line, an adjusting element and a driving mechanism. The flexible connection line has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The adjusting element is connected to the first end. The driving mechanism is connected to the second assembly and the second end. When the adjusting element drives the first end to move along a first direction thereby leading the second end to move along a second direction non-parallel to the first direction, the second end drives the second assembly to move along an optical axis direction of the projection lens relative to the first assembly through the driving mechanism.

Projection lens adjustment module and projector using the same

A lens-shifting device including a base, two fixing rods, a sliding plate, a first and a second gear set is provided. The sliding plate is slidably mounted on the fixing rods via the fixing rods. A lens is fixed on the sliding plate and the sliding plate has a rack disposed on one side thereof. The first gear set has a first gear and a worm gear co-axial therewith. One of the fixing rods passes through the first gear such that the first gear and the worm gear may rotate relative to the fixing rod. The second gear set having a worm wheel and a second gear co-axial therewith is disposed between the fixing rod and the rack. The worm gear is for driving the worm wheel and the second gear is used for driving the rack such that the sliding plate moves relative to the fixing rods.

Lens-shifting device

An assembling mechanism adapted to assemble a lens module to an optical engine base of a projector includes a fixed base, a fixed bayonet, a movable bayonet, a fixed member, and a movable member. The fixed base is fixed to the optical engine base and includes a restricting cavity. The fixed bayonet is fixed to the fixed base and extends to an open end of the restricting cavity. The movable bayonet is fixed to the lens module. The fixed member is fixed to the optical engine base. The movable member is slidably connected to the lens module. Displacement and rotation of the movable bayonet about the axis relative to the fixed base are restricted when the movable bayonet is moved into the restricting cavity through the open end and rotated about an axis relatively to the fixed base, and the movable member is slid into engagement with the fixed member.

Assembling mechanism

An adjusting mechanism for a rod module adapted to an optical engine is provided. The adjusting mechanism utilizes two wedge-shaped blocks moving in perpendicular directions so as to convert the vertical adjustment of horizontal adjusting component into horizontal adjustment of an LIR module. Therefore, operators may adjust the horizontal and vertical position of the rod module from the same side of the projector, thus increasing the convenience in adjusting the position of the rod module.

Adjusting mechanism of light integration rod module, optical engine and projection apparatus

A projection device, having an optical engine device and an adjusting device is provided. The optical engine device has an optical engine and a fixing device coupled to the optical engine. A first thread hole is formed in the optical engine along a Z-axis direction. An image is projected parallel to the Z-axis. The adjusting device further has an adjusting frame in which a second thread hole is formed along the Z-axis direction and an adjusting bolt screws through the second thread hole and the first thread hole. The operation of the adjusting bolt, the fixing device as well as the optical engine is moved relatively to the adjusting frame along the Z-axis. Thereby, the optical engine has a built-in adjustment mechanism to ensure the focal length maintained as the design value after assembly, such that the image quality of the projection device is enhanced.

Projection device having a built-in adjustment mechanism

An adjusting structure of projector includes a base, a slider, a foot member and a controller. The slider is disposed on the base and has an opening. The foot member is installed through the opening of the slider. One end corresponding to the foot member and the slider is respectively disposed a plurality of groove and a blocker. The top of the controller has an inclined part that presses against an inclined plane on one side of the slider. When a user presses the controller, the inclined part pushes the inclined plane of the slider, making the slider slide along one axis to make the blocker separated from the grooves in a parallel direction. A pressing member moves the projector upward or downward along the foot member to a predetermined location, and then the pressing member is released and returns by the elastic member.
