A touch panel includes a substrate, a sensing array, a plurality of first connection lines and at least two button sensing pads. The substrate has an active region and a peripheral region disposed on at least one side of the active region. The sensing array is disposed in the active region, which includes a plurality of first sensing electrode series disposed in the active region along a first direction and a plurality of second sensing electrode series disposed in the active region along a second direction. The first and second sensing electrode series intersect and form a plurality of sensing units. The first connection lines are disposed in the peripheral region and electrically connected to the first sensing electrode series respectively. The at least two button sensing pads are disposed in the peripheral region, and electrically connected to at least two first connection lines respectively to form a virtual button.

Touch panel, touch display panel and touch signal sensing method

A display device includes a substrate, at least one signal circuit, a ground protection circuit, and an auxiliary protection circuit. The substrate has a first surface, wherein the first surface includes an active area and a frame area surrounding the active area. The at least one signal circuit is disposed and extending along the frame area and electrically coupled to the active area. The ground protection circuit is disposed and extending along the frame area, wherein the ground protection circuit is positioned at a side of the signal circuit facing an edge of the substrate. The auxiliary protection circuit is disposed and extending along the frame area. The auxiliary protection circuit is disposed between the signal circuit and the ground protection circuit, wherein the auxiliary protection circuit respectively has a gap with the signal circuit and the ground protection circuit, and is electrically conductive.

Panel device having electrostatic discharge protection

A touch panel includes a substrate, a touch-sensing circuit, and fan-out traces. The substrate has a touch-sensing region and an adjoined peripheral region. The touch-sensing circuit is disposed on the touch-sensing region. The fan-out traces are disposed on the peripheral region and electrically connected to the touch-sensing circuit. Each fan-out trace includes a first conductive line, a first dielectric layer and a second conductive line. The first conductive line is disposed on the peripheral region. The first dielectric layer is disposed on the peripheral region to cover the first conductive line, and has at least one contact window located above the first conductive line. The second conductive line is disposed on the first dielectric layer, wherein the first and the second conductive line of the same fan-out trace have the same pattern and are electrically connected through the contact window.

Touch panel and method of fabricating the same

A touch device includes a touch panel that includes driving lines, sensing lines, a virtual key, a self-sensing line, and a shielding line. The touch panel has a display region and a non-display region. The driving lines extend along a first direction in the display region and further extend into the non-display region. The sensing lines extend along a second direction in the display region and extend into the non-display region. The first direction is different from the second direction. The virtual key is located in the non-display region and between the driving lines and the sensing lines to shield the driving lines from the sensing lines. Each of the self-sensing line and the shielding line is located in the non-display region, connected to the virtual key, and located between the driving lines and the sensing lines to shield the driving lines from the sensing lines.

Touch device and driving method thereof

A touch panel including a substrate, a light shielding layer, a touch sensing device layer, a protective layer, and at least one light transmission protrusion is provided. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, wherein the first surface is divided into a visual region and a non-visual region. The light shielding layer is disposed in the non-visual region. The touch sensing device layer is disposed on the first surface of the substrate. The protective layer disposed on the first surface of the substrate covers the light shielding layer and the touch sensing device layer. The light transmission protrusion is disposed on the protective layer, and at least part of the light transmission protrusion is in the non-visual region. A light enters the light transmission protrusion from the second surface. A touch display device and an assembling method thereof are also provided.

Touch panel, touch display device and assembling method thereof

A touch panel includes a substrate, a transparent sensor electrode pattern, a patterned compensation electrode, a passivation layer, a transparent shielding electrode and at least one connection structure. The substrate has a surface and includes a sensor region and a peripheral region. The transparent sensor electrode pattern is disposed on the surface of the substrate and in the sensor region. The patterned compensation electrode is disposed on the surface of the substrate and in the peripheral region, and the patterned compensation electrode and the transparent sensor electrode pattern are electrically isolated. The passivation layer is disposed on the surface of the substrate, covers the transparent sensor electrode pattern, and at least partially exposes the patterned compensation electrode. The transparent shielding electrode is disposed on the passivation layer. The connection structure is electrically connected to the transparent shielding electrode and the patterned compensation electrode exposed by the passivation layer.

Touch panel and touch display panel

An active device array substrate including a substrate, a plurality of pixels, a plurality of signal lines, and a repairing structure is provided. The substrate has a display region and a periphery region. The pixels are arranged on the display region of the substrate as an array. The signal lines are electrically connected to the pixels and are respectively extended from the display region to the periphery region. The repairing structure is disposed at the periphery region, and which includes a first repairing line, a second repairing line, an electrostatic discharge (ESD) releasing line, and an ESD protector. The first repairing line is intersected with one ends of the signal lines and is electrically floated. The ESD protector is connected between the second repairing line and the ESD releasing line, and the ESD protector is overlapped with and electrically insulated from the first repairing line.
