In a busbar assembly, a first busbar subassembly includes a first transmission unit having a first transmission busbar with a uniform width, and a first output unit having a first output busbar with a uniform width. One of the first transmission unit and the first output unit has a bent structure with a bend line perpendicular to a line of a lengthwise direction thereof. A second busbar subassembly includes a second transmission unit having a second transmission busbar with a uniform width, and a second output unit having a second output busbar with a uniform width. One of the second transmission unit and the second output unit has a bent structure with a bend line perpendicular to a line of a lengthwise direction thereof.

A current regulation system includes a current regulation module and a current distribution module. The current regulation module is coupled to a first power source and a second power source. The current regulation module is configured to derive a first current from the first power source, and derive a second current from the second power source when coupled to a load. The current distribution module is coupled to the first power source, the second power source and the current regulation module. The current distribution module makes the current regulation module regulate the first current and the second current according to a first electric quantity of the first power source and second electric quantity of the second power source.

A voltage control system includes a first voltage converter, a second voltage converter and a voltage monitoring module. The first voltage converter is coupled to a first power source and configured to convert first electrical energy of the first power source into a first output voltage. The second voltage converter is coupled to a second power source and configured to convert second electrical energy of the second power source into a second output voltage. The voltage monitoring module is coupled to the first voltage converter and the second voltage converter. The voltage monitoring module is configured to regulate the first output voltage or the second output voltage by controlling the first voltage converter and the second voltage converter according to the first output voltage and the second output voltage.

The instant disclosure relates to a planar heat dissipation structure, which comprises a first electrically insulating and thermally conductive layer having a thermal conductivity coefficient greater than 0.5 W/mK and a metal layer chemically bonded to and in thermal contact with the first electrically insulating and thermally conductive layer. The planar heat dissipation structure forms a one-piece structure that is configurable from a substantially planar collapsed state to a folded three-dimensional state, and defines a base portion and at least one flap portion configured to be foldable with respect to the base portion thereon, such that the first electrically insulating and thermally conductive layer constitutes an inner surface of the planar heat dissipation structure to define a covering space. The instant disclosure also discloses an electronic device that utilizes said foldable planar heat dissipation structure.

A method for assembling a heat generating element and a heat dissipating element includes: preparing a pressure sensitive element including a pressure sensitive layer and first and second release films connected to the pressure sensitive layer; separating the second release film from the pressure sensitive layer and then adhering a heat dissipating element to the pressure sensitive layer; forcing the first release film; separating the first release film from the pressure sensitive layer, and then adhering a heat generating element to the pressure sensitive layer; and fixedly attaching the heat generating element onto the pressure sensitive layer. A pressure sensitive element and a power supplying unit are also disclosed.

The instant disclosure relates to a power supply unit that is compatible with different plug types and can be plugged to the power outlet at different directions. The power supply unit comprises a main body and a plug. The plug can be assembled to and connected electrically with the main body with ease. The power supply unit can be used more broadly in different regions and provide more options when plugging to the power outlet.

A electrical plug mechanism and electrical receptacle is described. The present invention has an electrical plug, a plug guard and an electrical receptacle. The electrical plug has an end surface, and a plurality of protruding plates and a plurality of holes are defined on the end surface. A plurality of shafts correspond to and travel through the holes of the end surface. The plug guard has hollow protrusions corresponding to the protruding plates of the electrical plug, grooves corresponding to the hollow protrusions and holes corresponding to the shafts. The electrical receptacle has holders corresponding to the protruding plates.

An apertured shadow mask in a color cathode ray tube (CRT) serves as a color selection electrode in permitting each of the three electron beams to be incident only upon its associated color-producing phosphor elements on the CRT's display screen. The apertures are arranged in vertical columns and horizontal rows in the shadow mask with aperture spacing defined by a vertical pitch (P.sub.v) i.e., the vertical spacing between adjacent apertures within the same vertical column where the apertures in one row are in different columns than the apertures in adjacent rows, and a horizontal pitch (P.sub.h), i.e., the horizontal spacing between adjacent apertures in the same horizontal row. To increase the color purity adjustment margin particularly in the corners of the display screen while still maintaining sufficient vertical spacing between adjacent phosphor dot color trios for a high degree of video image resolution, P.sub.v is defined in terms of a monotonic decreasing function in the horizontal direction and a monotonic increasing function in the vertical direction as follows:

Shadow mask with improved color purity adjustment margin

A holder for maintaining an apertured shadow mask in fixed relation to the display screen of a color cathode ray tube (CRT) includes the combination of a mounting stud attached to an inner portion of the CRT's glass envelope and an apertured resilient metal holder attached to the shadow mask's peripheral frame and adapted to receive the mounting stud in a tight-fitting manner. A plurality of such mounting stud/metal holder combinations securely attach the top, bottom and lateral edges of the shadow mask frame to adjacent inner portions of the CRT's glass envelope adjacent its display screen. Heating of the shadow mask caused by the CRT's electron beams incident thereon gives rise to heating and thermal expansion of the shadow mask metal holders. Thermal expansion of the metal holders causes the shadow mask to rotate about the CRT's central axis resulting in a shift of the shadow mask apertures with respect to video image-producing phosphor deposits on the display screen's inner surface which degrades video image color purity. To prevent misalignment of the shadow mask apertures with the phosphor deposits caused by shadow mask holder thermal expansion, the shadow mask holders are formed from a material having a low coefficient of thermal expansion which maintains the shadow mask and its apertures in a fixed, predetermined location and orientation during CRT operation. The shadow mask holders are preferably comprised of a material having a coefficient of thermal expansion of less than 2.0.times.10.sup.-6 cm/cm/.degree. C. such as, for example, Invar, Neovar or Kovar.

An arrangement for mounting a shadow mask, or color selection electrode, in the glass envelope of a color cathode ray tube (CRT) includes four resilient metal holders, each spot welded to a respective upper, lower or lateral portion of the shadow mask's skirt. Each holder is formed from a unitary metal strip which is shaped so as to include an inner mounting portion spot welded to the mask's skirt and an outer apertured portion adapted to receive a stud attached to and extending inwardly from the CRT's glass envelope. The shadow mask undergoes thermal deformation, or doming, when heated by electron beams incident thereon and transfers heat to each of the metallic holders. Each of the metallic holders, in turn, undergoes thermal deformation, but because of the shape and orientation of the holders relative to the shadow mask, the four holders deflect the shadow mask in a direction generally perpendicular to and outward from the CRT's glass display screen, i.e., along the CRT's Z-axis. By deflecting the thermally deformed shadow mask along the CRT's Z-axis, alignment between the mask's beam passing apertures and phosphor deposits on the CRT's display screen is maintained and video image color purity is not degraded.

A knife holder includes two transparent plates, a plurality of partitioning blocks, a plurality of securing blocks, and a plurality of larger securing blocks. The partitioning blocks are spaced equi-distantly apart between the plates such that the plates define a receiving space. Upper ends of the plates are provided with a plurality of pairs of opposite indentations. The receiving space and the indentations are sized to receive knives. The knives are divided by the partitioning blocks so that they do not overlap. The partitioning blocks have front and rear ends forming bolt portions that pass through corresponding through holes in the plates for screwable engagement with the securing blocks so that the plates can be screwably secured on the partitioning blocks. The larger securing blocks are secured at two lower corners of each plate so that the knife holder can stand on a planar surface. The knife holder not only permits partitioning of knives but also allows the user to see through the plates to identify correctly and quickly the knives needed, as well as prevents breeding of bacteria and mold.

A shadow mask, or color selection electrode, in a color cathode ray tube (CRT) is in the form of a thin metal foil and includes a large number of apertures through which electron beams are directed onto the phosphorescent coating on the CRT's display screen for forming a video image. The apertured shadow mask is also used with a light source during CRT manufacture to form a large number of spaced phosphor elements in the phosphorescent coating. Ideally, all of the beam passing apertures and phosphor elements are circular in cross-section, but the shadow mask is stretched and maintained under high tension when mounted in the CRT causing some of the apertures, particularly those adjacent its four corners, to also become stretched and assume an oval shape. This is avoided in the present shadow mask by providing the areas in the vicinity of four corners of the shadow mask with oval apertures which are elongated in a direction generally transverse to the mechanical forming direction, or the direction of greatest tension when the mask is stretched and mounted in a color CRT. After installation in a CRT, the oval apertures assume a circular shape because of the greater tension applied along the short axis of each aperture. The remaining apertures in the center portion of the mask retain their circular shape after installation because they are under less tension than the outer apertures.

A method for preparing foamed aluminum alloy composites comprising the steps of: (a) placing a liquid hardness-reinforcement composition into a tank, the hardness-reinforcement composition containing about 54.about.64 wt. % of an inorganic powder, about 35.about.45 wt. % of a nonflammable curable resin, and about 1 wt. % of a curing agent; (b) placing a foamed aluminum alloy plate having an internal porous body into the tank containing the hardness-reinforcement composition, then applying a pressure of about 10.about.50 Kg/cm.sup.2 onto the foamed aluminum alloy plate for about one to two hours so as to allow the hardness-reinforcement composition to soak into the foamed aluminum alloy plate and form a coated layer on the surface of the porous body; (c) removing the foamed aluminum alloy plate that has been coated with a layer of the hardness-reinforcement composition from the tank; and (d) drying and curing the curable nonflammable resin so as to form the foamed aluminum alloy composite. The inorganic powder can be any mineral powder such as marble, granite, alabaster or serpentine powder. The foamed aluminum alloy composite plates of the present invention has light weight and exhibits excellent heat and sound insulation, and can be used as excellent building construction material for interior and exterior walls, partition walls, floors, and ceilings. If marble powder is used as the inorganic powder, the final polished plates of the present invention can be further imparted with an exquisite marble appearance for decorative effect.
