A device for separating tramp metals from liquid raw materials includes a body unit, a holding unit, a magnetic unit, a rinsing unit, and a driving unit. The body unit includes a tank for feeding-in and feeding-out liquid raw materials. The holding unit is coupled to the tank and includes and a plurality of non-magnetic holders received in the tank. The magnetic unit is mounted on the tank and includes an enclosure having a telescopic wall to be in a compressed or extended state. The rinsing unit is fixed on the interior of the tank to rinse the non-magnetic holders. The driving unit is coupled the tank and the magnetic unit for driving the magnet unit moving between a first and second positions. An assembly is assembled from the device. And a method is carried out by the device or the assembly.

Device, assembly and method for separating tramp metals from liquid raw materials

A temperature-controlled tramp metal separation assembly includes a core rod and a magnetic set. The core rod is made of non-magnetic materials and includes a chamber, a first end with an air inlet, and a second end with an air outlet. The magnetic set includes a plurality of magnetic members and a plurality of spacers respectively disposed between the two adjacent magnetic members. The magnetic set is nested in the chamber in a way that an air path is formed therein so that an external cooling air flow can be introduced from the air inlet, and then discharged from the air outlet via the air path. Thus, the operating temperature of the tramp metal separating process can be maintained at an acceptable level, preventing the magnetic force of the magnet set from being reduced.

Temperature-controlled tramp metal separation assembly

A tramp metal removing device has a primary housing to define a product flow path for being passed by a stream of raw materials and a moving path. A secondary housing is connected to the primary housing. A plurality of drawer units are sequentially stacked on the primary housing and secondary housing. Each drawer unit has a frame, a plurality of magnetic members and a scraping assembly. The frame is coupled with the primary and secondary housings in a movable way. Each of magnetic members is secured on the frame and has a magnetic section and a non-magnetic section. The scraping assembly is coupled with the frame in a way that it is only moveable in the secondary housing for removing tramp metals of a stream of raw materials in a two-stage manner.

A tramp metal separation assembly comprises a housing, a core rod and a sleeve tube. The housing includes a first and second discharging areas and a feeding area. The core rod includes a first and second non-magnetic sections and a magnetic section. The core rod is mounted on the housing in a way that the first and second non-magnetic sections correspond respectively to the first and second discharging areas and the magnetic section corresponds to the feeding area. The sleeve tube includes a first and second portions. The sleeve tube is sleeved outside the core rod in a way that it is moveable between a first position, wherein the first portion corresponds to the magnetic section and the second portion corresponds to the second non-magnetic section, and a second position, wherein the first portion corresponds to the first non-magnetic section and the second portion corresponds to the magnetic section.

Tramp metal separation assembly

A multiband antenna is provided. A resonance path is provided by a first connection segment and a low-frequency radiating element with a closed pattern to enable the multiband antenna to support a low frequency band, wherein a first side of the closed pattern is wider than a second side of the closed pattern. The second side of the closed pattern is connected to one end of the first connection segment. The other end of the first connection segment is connected to a feed element.
