An oral composition includes an immediate-release pharmaceutical admixture and an extended-release pharmaceutical admixture. The immediate-release pharmaceutical admixture includes a first portion of an active ingredient and a first portion of a hydrophilic dispersant, in which the active ingredient is substantially insoluble in water. The extended-release pharmaceutical admixture includes a controlled-release material, a second portion of the active ingredient, and a second portion of the hydrophilic dispersant, wherein the second portion of the active ingredient and the second portion of the hydrophilic dispersant are mixed in the controlled-release material, wherein the active ingredient is present as a nanoparticle in the immediate-release pharmaceutical admixture and the extended-release pharmaceutical admixture.

Oral composition and methods for manufacturing the same and treatment

A pharmaceutical composition for colon targeting, a method for treating a colon-related disease using the same and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The pharmaceutical composition of the present disclosure comprises: a core matrix comprising a cross-linked hydrogel and an active ingredient, wherein the active ingredient is dispersed in the cross-linked hydrogel, and a content of the active ingredient is 65 wt % to 95 wt % based on a total weight of the core matrix.

A gate driving circuit is provided. The gate driving circuit includes multistage driving modules, where an Nstage driving module includes a setting circuit, a first driving circuit, an isolating switch circuit, a second driving circuit and an anti-noise circuit. The setting circuit generates a first precharge signal according to a gate driving signal of an (N&#x2212;2)scan line or a start signal. The isolating switch circuit coupled between the first driving circuit and the second driving circuit provides a second precharge signal, so as to effectively avoid a flickering problem of a display image caused by a surge of the gate driving signal due to a coupling effect of a parasitic capacitance of the transistor and a bootstrap capacitor, and meanwhile the bootstrap capacitor is not used, so as to effectively reduce a bezel area.

A sensing structure of a touch panel includes a substrate, a plurality of sensing electrodes, a plurality of electro static discharge (ESD) protection electrodes, a plurality of first bridges, and a passivation layer. The sensing electrodes, the ESD protection electrodes, and the first bridges are disposed on the substrate. The passivation layer is disposed between the sensing electrode and the first bridge, and disposed between the ESD protection electrode and the first bridge. The passivation layer has a plurality of contact holes, and at least one sensing electrode is electrically connected to the ESD protection electrode via the contact hole and the first bridge.

The present invention provides a method for making a fast dissolving tablet. The method includes the steps of (a) preparing a first solution containing a hydrophilic polymer and a starch; (b) preparing a second solution containing a pharmaceutically active ingredient and a surfactant; (c) blending the first and the second solution together to form a plurality of granule powders by granulation; (d) mixing the granule powders with excipients; and (e) applying a compression-molding process to form the fast dissolving tablet.
