A pump device () is provided comprising: a shaft (), rotor means () fixed to said shaft () in rotational direction, said rotor means () having pressure chambers () the volume of which varying during a rotation of said rotor means (), port plate means () having a through going opening () for each of said pressure chambers () and being connected to said rotor means () in rotational direction, and valve plate means () cooperating with said port plate means (). It is intended to pressurize a high volume of fluid, in particular water, within a limited space. To this end said rotor means () comprise a first rotor () and at least a second rotor (), both rotors being fixed to said shaft () in rotational direction, said first rotor () having at least a first pressure chamber () and said second rotor () having at least a second pressure chamber (), said port plate means () having a first port plate () and at least a second port plate (), said first port plate () having a through going opening () for said first pressure chamber () and being connected to said first rotor () in rotational direction, said second port plate () having a through going opening () for said second pressure chamber () and being connected to said second rotor () in rotational direction, said valve plate means () having a first valve plate () and at least a second valve plate (), said first valve plate () cooperating with said first port plate (), and said second valve plate () cooperating with said second port plate (), wherein at least one of said first rotor () and said second rotor () comprises force generating means () pressing said second port plate () against said second valve plate () even in absence of hydraulic pressure in said second pressure chamber ().

Pump device

A pump arrangement () is provided comprising a driving shaft (), cylinder drum means () fixed to said shaft () in rotational direction and having a plurality of cylinders (), and a piston () in each cylinder, each piston () having a slide shoe () in contact with driving surface means (). Such a pump arrangement should produce a pressure with low undulations. To this end said cylinder drum means () comprise at least a first cylinder drum () and a second cylinder drum (), said cylinder drums () being fixed to said common shaft () in rotational direction, wherein the cylinder drums () are offset with respect to each other in rotational direction.

Pump arrangement

The invention concerns a reverse osmosis system () with at least one membrane unit () comprising an inlet (), a permeate outlet () and a concentrate outlet (), a high-pressure pump () that is connected to the inlet (), a pressure exchanger () comprising at least one high-pressure concentrate connection (HPC), and a booster pump. It is endeavored to achieve the lowest possible energy consumption. For this purpose, the booster pump is made as a displacement pump () that is arranged between the concentrate outlet () and the high-pressure concentrate connection (HPC) of the pressure exchanger ().

Reverse osmosis system

The invention concerns a reverse osmosis system () with a membrane unit () comprising an inlet (), a permeate outlet () and a concentrate outlet (), a high-pressure pump () that is connected to the inlet (), a pressure exchanger () connected on its concentrate side () to the concentrate outlet (), and a booster pump between the pressure exchanger () and the inlet (). It is endeavored to make the energy consumption as small as possible. For this purpose, the booster pump is made as a displacement pump.

The invention concerns a valve arrangement () comprising a flow path () connecting an inlet () and an outlet (), a closing means () arranged in said flow path (), a resetting means and a first pressure in a first pressure chamber () acting in a closing direction on said closing means (), a pressure of said outlet () and a second pressure in a second pressure chamber () corresponding to a pressure of said inlet () when said closing means () is closed acting in opening direction on said closing means (), said first pressure chamber () being connectable to the outlet () via an auxiliary valve (). It is intended to keep small a pressure pulse when opening the valve arrangement (). This is achieved in that the closing means () having a first opening state (A) and a second opening state (B), a flow resistance of said closing means () in said first opening state (A) being larger than a flow resistance of said closing means in said second opening state (B).

It is desired to extend the life of such a machine, also when operated with an impurified hydraulic fluid. Hydraulic machine

Hydraulic driving device with a hydraulic motor and a bearing arrangement in which the output shaft of the hydraulic motor is supported. Typically, the bearing arrangement is axially supported on the output shaft between a shoulder of the output shaft and a nut screwed onto the output shaft. To reduce overall length, the invention provides that the shoulder is located on the side of the bearing arrangement opposite from the end of the output side of the output shaft, and a friction-disc pack directly bears on the bearing arrangement. The motor has a braking device, including the friction-disc pack and at least one braking cylinder with a spring chamber and a release chamber. A braking valve in the braking position supplies the spring chamber with the load pressure and the release chamber with the tank pressure, and in the release position supplies the spring chamber with the tank pressure and the release chamber with the load pressure. The motor has a flushing line and a leakage line, which in one form of the invention are connected with the spring chamber and led to a tank via the braking valve. In another form of the invention, the leakage line is connected to the release chamber and the flushing line is connected to the spring chamber. In yet another form, the leakage line is connected to the spring chamber and the flushing line is connected to the release chamber. The combination of lines from the braking device and the flushing system results in simplifications.

Hydraulic driving device and system for a vehicle

The invention concerns a hydraulic motor (1) having at least one gearwheel set section (2), a supply section (3) and a front section (4) on which an output arrangement (15) can be fixed, the sections (2 to 4) being connected with each other in the axial direction by fixing bolts (11). It is desired to simplify the production and the service during operation for such a motor. For this purpose several bores (17) are provided, which penetrate the motor (1,) from one axial end (21) to the other, in which connection bolts (6) are arranged, which are provided with an engagement area (18) on the side of the front section (4).

Hydraulic motor

An add-in device for a hydraulic control arrangement provides a function unit (24) to be arranged between successive modules, which function unit takes the connection between the pump channels of the preceding and the subsequent module by way of at least one function slide valve (117, 217) which is arranged to be displaced into several positions. In its positions this function slide valve initiates different functions, by which fluid under pressure is arranged to be admitted to the subsequent control module in at least two different amounts and/or in at least two different levels of pressure.
