The present invention provides a mounting device and method of a tandem-type rock mass three-dimensional disturbance stress sensor, and the device is formed by sequentially connecting a head end unit, a plurality of repetitive units, and a tail end unit. This invention enables the accurate installation of multiple three-dimensional disturbance stress sensors within a single borehole without requiring full-hole grouting. As a result, the sensors can be mounted in a multi-point distributed arrangement within the same borehole. Adhesive fluid in a top adhesive cartridge is triggered through a head end triggering mechanism to bond a three-dimensional disturbance stress sensor in a first repetitive unit, and adhesive fluid in a corresponding first adhesive cartridge is triggered by using the first triggering mechanism to bond a three-dimensional disturbance stress sensor in a next repetitive unit, to ensure good coupling between the three-dimensional disturbance stress sensor and a rock mass.

The present application discloses an intelligent frequency reading method applicable to a low-temperature environment and a wireless vibrating wire acquisition instrument. The intelligent frequency reading method includes the following steps: frequency pre-sweeping excitation: performing frequency pre-sweeping on a vibrating wire sensor by using the wireless vibrating wire acquisition instrument, if acquisition is successful, recording an acquisition frequency, and if the acquisition is not successful, entering frequency re-sweeping excitation, wherein the frequency re-sweeping excitation includes the following steps: primary voltage regulation: if the acquisition is not successful by the frequency pre-sweeping excitation, performing primary voltage regulation, increasing an excitation voltage until excitation is successful, and recording an excitation success voltage value; if the excitation is not successful by the primary voltage regulation, performing secondary voltage regulation, increasing the excitation voltage until the excitation is successful, and recording the excitation success voltage value.

Intelligent frequency reading method applicable to low-temperature environment and wireless vibrating wire acquisition instrument

The disclosure provides a vibrating wire compressive stress gauge and stress testing equipment suitable for use in low-temperature environments. By providing a stress trigger sleeve made of elastic material, the concrete structure of the lining itself expands when it is affected by high or low temperatures, extruding the stress trigger sleeve, and the extrusion force is offset through the elastic force of the elastic material, thereby preventing the expansion force from being transmitted to the vibrating wire assembly to generate stress signals that are caused by the self-expansion of the lining structure, which may cause measurement error. Specifically, the vibrating wire assembly is provided in the vibrating wire measurement space composed of a stress trigger sleeve and a pair of anchoring disks. When the lining is subjected to external stress, a certain internal force will be generated.

Vibrating wire stress gauge and stress testing equipment suitable for use in low temperature environments

The present disclosure discloses a deformation and control simulation test system for a tunnel engineering supporting structure, including a follow-up hoisting platform, actuators, a control system. It is horizontal structure. The follow-up hoisting platform reduces the friction caused by the weight of testing sample and facilitates experimental operations. Each actuator fixed on an annular box body reaction frame can move independently through a control system in form of force control or displacement control mode, and can achieve circumferential contraction loading through its gomphodont configuration. The hinged and curved design of the cushion blocks of actuators can adapt to the circumferential contraction deformation of a test sample and maintain a close fit with them during the loading process. The present disclosure provides a good solution for physical model tests on deformation and control of tunnel engineering supporting structures including uniform loading, non-uniform loading, and long-term loading conditions.

Deformation and control simulation test system for tunnel engineering supporting structure

This application relates to a hard-shell inclusion strain gauge for 3D stress in surrounding rockmass of underground engineering. The hard-shell inclusion strain gauge comprises an elastic cylinder and at least three sets of strain rosettes, wherein the elastic cylinder is installed in a borehole of underground engineering, and at least three sets of strain rosettes are equidistant along the circumference on the inner wall of the elastic cylinder. It can accurately measure strain values and variables of each strain rosette through data collection and transmission module, and calculate 3D stress in surrounding rock of underground engineering. It can obtain dynamic long-term monitoring of 3D stress evolution in complex environments of underground engineering, truly reflecting the real-time state, the spatial distribution, and the evolution of 3D stress in rockmass, and provide in-situ basic data for engineering disaster warning and control.
