Display panel and display device are provided. The display panel includes a substrate and an array layer arranged on a side of the substrate. The array layer includes a first metal layer, an active layer, and a second metal layer. Along a first direction, the first metal layer and the second metal layer are on two sides of the active layer, and the first direction is perpendicular to the substrate. The array layer includes at least one first transistor including a first sub-transistor and a second sub-transistor connected in series, and the first sub-transistor includes a first active layer in the active layer, the second sub-transistor includes a second active layer in the active layer, the first active layer is connected to the second active layer. Along the first direction, the first metal layer overlaps both the first active layer and the second active layer.

Display panel and display device

The present invention provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a first fan-out region, a bonding region disposed on a side of the first fan-out region, a second fan-out region disposed on a side of the bonding region away from the first fan-out region, a plurality of first metal lines, a plurality of second metal lines, wherein a resistivity of the second metal lines is less than a resistivity of the first metal lines, and a plurality of connecting lines, wherein one end of each of the connecting lines is connected to the first metal line, and the other end of each of the connecting lines is connected to the second metal lines.

Display panel having metal lines with different resistivities and display device

A touch display panel includes a signal transmission wiring layer including a plurality of signal transmission lines arranged in a first direction, and a touch electrode wiring layer disposed on a side of the signal transmission wiring layer and including a plurality of touch units. Each of the signal transmission lines extends in a second direction. An orthographic projection of a portion of each of the signal transmission lines corresponding to one of the touch units on the touch electrode wiring layer partially overlaps the corresponding touch unit.

The present invention provides an organic light-emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. An inorganic insulating layer covering a gate is formed, and an organic insulating layer is formed on the inorganic insulating layer, which prevents a problem of metal residue occurring in a subsequently formed metal layer during etching due to a steep slope. A groove is defined on a position of the organic insulating layer corresponding to the gate, and a metal component for forming a capacitor with the gate is formed in the groove and disposed corresponding to the gate.

Organic light-emitting diode display device and manufacturing method thereof

The present disclosure provides a display panel including a display area, a ring-shaped wiring area, and a light-transmitting area. The display panel further includes a first metal layer, a second metal layer, a third metal layer, and an anode layer. The first metal layer includes a first scan line wired in the ring-shaped wiring area. The second metal layer includes a first bridge line. The third metal layer includes a first data line wired in the ring-shaped wiring area. The anode layer includes a second bridge line. The first data line is bridged with the first bridge line. The first scan line is bridged with the second bridge line.

Display panel

A display panel and a display device are provided. When manufacturing a first electrode, by depositing a first transparent electrode layer, a first metal layer, and a second transparent electrode layer on a region of the display panel, and etching the first transparent electrode layer, the first metal layer, and the second transparent electrode layer on the thinned-down region; and afterwards, depositing a third transparent electrode layer, a second metal layer, and a fourth transparent electrode layer, a first electrode of the display panel is formed.

An array substrate provided. Since arranging a second metal layer into a grid structure, the grid structure and a constant voltage signal trace disposed on a third metal layer are connected in parallel, and a storage capacitor is used as a connection point for the grid structure. The grid structure ensures a high pixel density and also reduces voltage drop, thereby improving brightness uniformity. Moreover, in the manufacturing process, the grid structure and the second metal layer can be formed simultaneously, thereby eliminating a need for additional processes and saving cost.

Array substrate

A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate having a display region, a pad pending region, and a wiring region connected to the display region and the pad pending region is disclosed and includes a substrate function layer and a plurality of metal layers disposed over the substrate function layer, which includes a substrate layer and all of a buffer layer, an active layer, and a first insulation layer disposed over the substrate layer, wherein the metal layers include a first metal layer, a second metal layer, and a third metal layer separately disposed within the display region and made of a same metal material including aluminum or aluminum alloy. Another aspect of the present disclosure provides a TFT array substrate, a plurality of material layers disposed therein are adopted of a material with low resistance low electrical resistance and being excellent in bending resistance.

TFT array substrate, preparation method thereof and display panel

The present invention provides a thin-film transistor and a display panel. The thin-film transistor includes a substrate, an active layer, an insulating layer, a metal layer, a dielectric layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, a first through hole, a second through hole, a third through hole, and a fourth through hole. A first contact portion in a first metal layer is connected to the active layer via the first through hole, and a second contact portion is connected to the active layer via a second through hole. The source electrode is connected to the first contact portion via the third through hole, and the drain electrode is connected to the second contact portion via the fourth through hole.

Thin-film transistor and display panel

A flexible organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device includes a flexible substrate, a buffer layer, an inorganic layer, a first gate insulating layer, a second gate insulating layer, an inter-layer dielectric layer, a passivation layer, a pixel definition layer, a driving transistor, an OLED, a data voltage lead, and a driving voltage lead. The driving voltage lead is connected to the driving voltage terminal through a first hole which penetrates the second gate insulating layer, the first gate insulating layer, the inorganic layer, and the buffer layer, and through a second hole which penetrates the inter-layer dielectric layer. The data voltage lead and the driving voltage lead are arranged in different layers in a bendable inactive area. Compared with the related art, the layout space is omitted or saved in the present disclosure, which shortens the bezel effectively.

Flexible organic light emitting diode device and method of forming the same

The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method of the array substrate, and a display panel. The array substrate includes a flexible substrate; an active layer disposed on the flexible substrate; a first gate insulating layer disposed on the active layer; a first gate layer disposed on the first gate insulating layer; a second gate insulating layer disposed on the first gate insulating layer and the first gate layer; and a second gate layer disposed on the second gate insulating layer. The array substrate of the present disclosure replaces molybdenum wires of a gate layer and a second gate layer with a multi-layered composite metal layer. The bending tolerance of gate wires in the display panel is enhanced and increase of impedance of the first gate layer is prevented.

Array substrate, manufacturing method thereof, and display panel

The present disclosure provides a flexible display panel and a method for manufacturing same. The present disclosure not only ensures improvement of bending characteristics of display panels but also ensures high pixels per inch (PPI) of the display panels. Moreover, IR-drop is lowered and display uniformity of the panels is increased.

Flexible display panel and method for manufacturing same

A display panel and a fabricating method thereof are provided. The display panel has a substrate, an active layer, an insulating layer, a first metal layer, an organic insulating layer, and a second metal layer. The display panel and the fabricating method thereof use an organic material as a dielectric insulating layer to reduce a problem that cracking is prone to occur when the display panel accumulates a large stress during bending. A minimum pore size of a through hole of the organic material is greater than that of an inorganic material, which is disadvantageous of a high-pixel-density display panel. Therefore, a first contact portion and a second contact portion of the first metal layer are electrically connected to the active layer, and a source electrode and a drain electrode of the second metal layer are electrically connected to the first/second contact portion respectively for the high-pixel-density display panel.
