A use of a compound or a medicinal derivative thereof in inhibiting absent in melanoma 2 (AIM2) protein activity is provided and belongs to the field of protein inhibitory medicines. Compared with traditional broad-spectrum immunomodulators, the compound has a strong targeting effect, and is more accurate, rapid, effective, safe and stable. Moreover, the compound has a strong binding force with human AIM2 protein and mouse AIM2 protein, and binding constants are as high as K=1.56EM and K=5.12EM respectively. Compared with traditional biological inhibitors, the compound has advantages of easy storage, stable activity, small molecular weight, lower production cost and easy absorption.

Use of compound or medicinal derivative thereof in inhibiting AIM2 protein activity

A use of a compound or a medicinal derivative thereof in inhibiting calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type II gamma (CaMK2γ) protein activity is provided, and belongs to the technical field of protein inhibitors. Compared with traditional broad-spectrum immunomodulators, the compound has a strong targeting effect, and is more accurate, rapid, effective, safe, and stable. Moreover, the compound has a strong binding force with human-derived CaMK2γ protein and mouse-derived CaMK2γ protein, and binding constants are KD=2.54×10M and KD=6.84×10M respectively. Compared with traditional biological inhibitors, the compound has advantages of easy storage, stable activity, small molecular weight, lower production cost and easy absorption.

Use of compound or pharmaceutical derivative thereof in inhibiting CaMK2G protein activity

Presented herein are techniques in which a device connects a plurality of user devices to a communication session in which a plurality of participants of the respective plurality of user devices communicate using audio and/or video and determines respective locations of the plurality of user devices. A method and apparatus for an auto-complete function in a user's handwriting for touch screen devices is described. In one embodiment, the method includes receiving, from a touch-screen display, a handwriting input. The handwriting input is converted into textual information. Based on the textual information, one or more prompt options are generated. The one or more prompt options are rendered for display on the touch-screen display in a similar appearance as the handwriting input. The method can further include receiving a selected prompt option input and rendering the selected prompt option for display on the touch screen display in a similar appearance as the handwriting input.
