A method for producing an epoxyalkane includes the step of separating a stream containing an epoxyalkane and an extracting agent in a separation column having a column kettle reboiler. A part of a stream in the column kettle of the separation column enters an extracting agent purifier and is treated to obtain a gas phase light fraction that returns to the separation column and a liquid phase heavy fraction that is subjected to a post-treatment. The method can be used in the industrial production of an epoxyalkane.

Method and system for producing epoxyalkane

A method for producing epoxyalkane includes the step of separating, in a separation column, a stream containing epoxyalkane, extractant, and diol. The separation column operates under conditions so as to enable the extractant and the diol to form an azeotrope, and a stream containing extractant and binary azeotrope is extracted from the side-draw of the separation column to liquid-liquid separation. The method can be used for the industrial production of epoxyalkane.

A process for producing ethylene includes the steps of: (1) catalytically cracking a raw material hydrocarbon to obtain a first stream containing propylene; (2) separating the first stream to obtain a C3 component stream; and (3) disproportionating the C3 component stream to obtain an ethylene stream. The present invention relates to a process for the selective disproportionation of toluene and the disproportionation and transalkylation of toluene and C aromatics to mainly solve the problems in the prior arts of the great amount of recycle stream, high energy consumption or harsh requirement for the reaction feedstocks. The present invention has better solved these problems by the technical solution using a process for selective disproportionation of toluene to produce mixed xylenes containing a high concentration of p-xylene, and subsequent disproportionation and transalkylation of C aromatics and toluene to produce benzene and the mixed xylenes which are in the thermodynamic equilibrium. The process is applicable to the industrial production.
