A balanced high efficiency outdoor heater is provided to increase the heat radiation area, and to improve the stability of the structure. The heater includes a burner provided at an upper end of a standing column, a bottom base provided at a lower end of the standing column, and a beam is set between the burner and the standing column. The beam and the standing column are connected by pipe fittings. An ignition control device is equipped inside the base and is connected to the burner. An electrode rod and a thermocoupler are connected to the ignition control device under the burner. A first reflector is fixedly connected to the lower end of the burner and a gas valve is equipped in the bottom base. Compared with the prior art, the burner uses sintered felt and a heating surface of the burner faces upside down to improve thermal efficiency.

Balanced high efficiency outdoor heater

A portable gas heater includes a heater body, a gas burner mounted on a front panel of the heater body, a gas supply arrangement connected between the gas burner inside the heater body and the gas bottle for providing a gas passage including a safety valve, a control button and a connecting tube, a gas bottle positioning arrangement, and a pilot flame arrangement mounted on the heater body near the gas burner and connected to the safety valve through a gas inlet. The pilot flame arrangement includes a thermocouple, a pilot flame unit, and an electrode rod connected to an ignition wire of the safety valve. The pilot flame unit includes a pilot fire nozzle, a mixing tube and a connector connected with each others. The heater is compact, small and light-weighted while ready for immediate use without assembly and disassembly requirements, thereby convenience for indoor and outdoor use.

Portable gas heater

A two-chamber gas burner with a case body, a cavity, an opening, a burner plate, and a plate unit connected to an upper surface of the burner plate, comprising a first chamber and at least one second chamber freely positioned in and supplementary to the first chamber. The plate unit comprises a first plate member directly mounting the burner plate onto the case body by screw nut connector; and a second plate member on top of the burner plate and the first plate securely mounting the burner plate for the second chamber. The gas burner is compact, small, light and has a generally one-piece structure with safe lighting process and stable flame, thereby effectively solving the ignition and explosion problems in high pressure gas burner, and hence is particularly suitable for high pressure high heat value gas burner. Its wind resistance and flame extinction arrangement further stabilized the burning process.

Two-chamber gas burner device

A gas heater includes a support unit, a burner unit, a venting unit and a frame guider. The burner unit includes an ignition unit, a hollow and transparent radiant unit defining a cavity in which the flame guider is positioned, a heat reflector and a burner top cover. The radiant unit comprises a bottom unit with inlet air passages through which an air flow into the radiant unit cavity is created. Then, the frame guider, which has a preset structure such as a spiral and a cone structure and a plurality of guider through-holes, is arranged for guiding and generating a flame pattern which is visible through the radiant unit. The venting unit, which is connected to the radiant unit in an air-tight manner, then provides an air exit. Accordingly, energy utilization is increased and visible flame pattern assemble to real flame can be seen.
