A shielding-type insulation detection structure includes an input power source, a first shielding layer, a second shielding layer, a first impedance unit, a second impedance unit and a detection circuit. The first shielding layer is electrically connected with a first terminal of the input power source. The second shielding layer includes a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer. The insulation layer is disposed between the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer. The first impedance unit is electrically connected between the first sub-layer and a second terminal of the input power source. The second impedance unit is electrically connected between the second sub-layer and the second terminal of the input power source. The detection circuit is used to detect a detection signal related to a voltage difference between the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer of the second shielding layer.

Shielding-type insulation detection structure

The disclosure discloses a power supply system and a power supply method. The power supply system includes a first sub-system including at least two first power supply devices and a first load, the first power supply devices for powering the first load; a second sub-system including a second power supply device and a second load, the second power supply device for powering the second load; and a connection unit configured to control electrical connection or electrical disconnection between the first power supply devices and the second load; wherein power supply availability of the first sub-system is higher than power supply availability of the second sub-system. The disclosure provides more power supply availabilities through few types of power supply structures, which facilitates application scenarios such as data center to flexibly adjust the power supply structures according to business, and save cost.

The present disclosure provides a circuit module and a solid-state transformer system. The circuit module includes: a first circuit unit outputting a first voltage; a second circuit unit outputting a second voltage, where the second voltage is less than the first voltage; and a shielding structure arranged between the first circuit unit and the second circuit unit, where the shielding structure includes: a first conductor layer electrically coupled to the first circuit unit, a second conductor layer electrically coupled to the second circuit unit, a third conductor layer located between the first conductor layer and the second conductor layer; a first insulation layer arranged between the first conductor layer and the third conductor layer; and a second insulation layer arranged between the second conductor layer and the third conductor layer.

The compressing structure provided by the disclosure compresses the component onto the fixed plate.

The present application provides a power supply apparatus, a three-phase power supply system and a control method, including N modules, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2, and each module includes: a transformer, including a primary winding and a first secondary winding; and a first switch unit connected to the first secondary winding of the transformer, where primary windings of transformers of the N modules are connected in series, the first switch unit operates in one of a bypass mode, an open-circuit mode and a modulation mode, an output of each module is controlled by the first switch unit, so as to make the power supply apparatus provide voltages of different amplitudes according to power demand, and transformers with large volume and heavy weight, such as a centralized line frequency transformer or a multiple-winding transformer, are no longer required.

Power supply apparatus, three-phase power supply system and control method

A power module and a carrier board are disclosed. The carrier board includes a circuit board body and a prefabricated substrate. The circuit board body includes a wiring layer. The prefabricated substrate is embedded in the circuit board body and includes an insulation layer and a metal layer, the metal layer is disposed on the insulation layer. The insulation layer is formed by a ceramic material. The metal layer is connected to the insulation layer through a sintering process. A surface of the insulation layer, which has contact with the at least one metal layer, has at least a part exposed outside of the at least one metal layer, the part of the insulation layer exposed to the outside of the at least one metal layer is an outer edge portion, and the outer edge portion is extended into the circuit board body along a horizontal direction.

Carrier board and power module using same

A power conversion system includes N power converters. Each power converter includes an input terminal, a first output terminal and a second output terminal. Each of the N power converters receives a DC power through the input terminal. The first output terminal of a first power converter and the second output terminal of an N-th power converter are connected in parallel to form an N-th total output terminal. The first output terminal of an i-th power converter and the second output terminal of an (i−1)-th power converter are connected in parallel to form an (i−1)-th total output terminal. The two input terminals of the load are connected with two total output terminals of N total output terminals. A (2k−1)-th power converter is connected with a first power source. A 2k-th power converter is connected with a second power source. The redundancy of the power conversion system can be achieved.

The power cabinet includes a first high voltage compartment and a first low voltage compartment. The first divider is arranged in the power cabinet, and extends along a height direction of the power cabinet to separate the first high voltage compartment and the first low voltage compartment. The plurality of power modules are arranged in the power cabinet, each power module includes a high voltage input terminal and a low voltage output terminal; the high voltage input terminal is arranged in the first high voltage compartment, and the low voltage output terminal is arranged in the first low voltage compartment.

Power conversion system

The present invention provides a driving device and a control method. The driving device is configured to drive a power switch and includes a power supply, a first bridge arm coupled to the power supply, a second bridge arm coupled in parallel to the first bridge arm, and a resonant inductor. The first bridge arm includes a first switch and a second switch connected to a first midpoint, the second bridge arm comprises a first semiconductor element and a second semiconductor element connected to a second midpoint, and the resonant inductor is coupled between the first midpoint and the second midpoint. The control method includes turning on the first switch for a first period such that the power supply charges a gate electrode of the power switch; and in response to a decrease of a current of the resonant inductor to a first threshold value, turning on the first switch again for a second period such that a potential of the first midpoint is equal to a potential of the second midpoint.

Driving device and control method

The present disclosure provides a transformer including at least one magnetic core each having at least one window; one primary side winding passing through the at least one window, a wire forming the primary side winding being sequentially covered with a first solid insulating layer, a grounded shielding layer and a second solid insulating layer from inside to outside along a radial direction of the wire, the grounded shielding layer being connected to a reference ground; and at least one secondary side winding, each passing through the at least one window, the primary side winding having a first voltage with respect to the reference ground, the secondary side winding having a second voltage with respect to the reference ground, and the second voltage being greater than 50 times of the first voltage.

Transformer

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an insulation monitoring device applied to a power system and a power system. The power system includes at least one power electronic converter module. The insulation monitoring device includes an insulation component, a signal source, an impedance module, and a monitoring module. The insulation component at least partially wraps around the power electronic converter module. The signal source is electrically coupled to a circuit node in the power electronic converter module, the impedance module is connected between the signal source and the insulation component, and the monitoring module is configured to monitor an insulation resistance value of the insulation component, so that an insulation state of the power electronic converter module may be determined.

Insulation monitoring device applied to power system and power system

A power conversion system comprises a plurality of power modules, each including a power input end; a charging input end; a power output end; at least one power conversion unit, each including an AC/DC conversion unit and at least one DC-Bus capacitor and being connected to the power input end and the power output end; and a pre-charging unit connected to the charging input end for receiving direct current and connected to the DC-Bus capacitor. The pre-charging unit starts to charge the DC-Bus capacitor of one of the power modules when said power module breaks down or the load of the power conversion system is light so that no current flows through the AC/DC conversion unit. The power input ends of the power modules are connected in series and then connected to an AC power source, and the power output ends of the power modules are connected in parallel.

Power module

A power module is disclosed. The power module includes a carrier board, two switches, at least one metal block, a clamping component and a metal conductive component. The carrier board includes an upper surface and a lower surface. The two switches are disposed on the upper surface and connected in series to form a bridge arm electrically connected between a positive terminal and a negative terminal. The metal block is electrically connected to the two switches. The clamping component is disposed on the upper surface and electrically connected in parallel with the bridge arm through the carrier board. The metal conductive component is connected from a common node of the two switches to an output terminal. The metal conductive component is located at a side of the two switches facing away from the upper surface.
