A charging method includes: acquiring a state parameter of a power battery by a power conversion apparatus; setting a charging mode to a pulse charging mode by the power conversion apparatus when the battery temperature is lower than a first preset threshold; and converting charging power of a charging apparatus and then charging the power battery by the power conversion apparatus in the pulse charging mode. Through the technical solution, the power conversion apparatus acquires a battery temperature of the power battery, when the battery temperature is lower than the first preset threshold, the power conversion apparatus converts the charging power output by the charging apparatus, and outputs a pulse current to charge the tract battery, to prevent the charging apparatus directly charging the power battery in a low temperature, thereby ensuring the performance of the power battery.

Embodiments of the present application provides a method for pre-charging a power conversion device and a power conversion device. The power conversion device is configured to perform power conversion between a charging pile and a traction battery, and the method includes: receiving, by the power conversion device, a first message sent by a battery management system of the traction battery, and the first message is configured to indicate that the battery management system is ready for charging; performing, by the power conversion device, a pre-charging, and the pre-charging includes: charging a capacitor in the power conversion device; and forwarding, by the power conversion device, the first message to the charging pile after the pre-charging is completed. The technical solution of the embodiments of the present application can ensure a normal charging process.

Embodiments of the present application provide a pre-charging method of a power conversion device and a power conversion device. The power conversion device is used for a power conversion between a charging pile and a power battery and the method includes: receiving, by the power conversion device, a first message transmitted by a battery management system of the power battery, where the first message is used to indicate a charging readiness of the battery management system; and forwarding, by the power conversion device, the first message to the charging pile and performing a pre-charging, where the pre-charging includes charging a capacitor in the power conversion device. The technical solution in embodiments of the present application is capable of ensuring normal performing of a charging process.

The present application provides a charging control method and apparatus, a battery management system and a readable storage medium. The charging control method includes: obtaining a battery temperature and a battery state of charge; determining a pulse charging frequency according to the battery temperature, the battery state of charge and a pre-calibrated corresponding relationship; obtaining a preset waveform characteristic of a pulse charging waveform; where the waveform characteristic includes a ratio range of an area of a positive pulse waveform to an area of a negative pulse waveform in each pulse cycle of the pulse charging waveform; and generating a charging request according to the pulse charging frequency and the waveform characteristic and transmitting the charging request to a charging device. The method is used for improving charging stability and safety of a battery.

A charging method, a battery management system for a traction battery and a charging pile are provided, which can effectively ensure normal charging of an electric vehicle. The charging method is used for charging a traction battery, and the method includes: determining, by the battery management system (BMS) of the traction battery, a pulse charging demand parameter according to a battery state parameter of the traction battery; and sending a pulse charging information to a charging pile by the BMS, the pulse charging information including the pulse charging demand parameter for indicating the charging pile to output a pulse current for charging the traction battery.

The method includes steps of controlling the insulation resistance obtaining circuit to output a low-frequency AC signal; when both the main relay and the pre-charge relay are switched off, obtaining an internal side insulation resistance of the main relay according to the low-frequency AC signal; if the internal side insulation resistance of the main relay is normal, controlling the pre-charge relay to be switched on; and when the main relay is switched off and the pre-charge relay is switched on, obtaining an external side insulation resistance value of the main relay according to the low-frequency AC signal.

The present disclosure provides a parameter selection method, apparatus, and computer readable storage medium for an insulation detection circuit. The parameter selection method includes determining an allowable injection frequency range of an AC signal to be injected, according to a predetermined resistance range of an insulation resistance of the power battery under test and a predetermined resistance calculation cycle of the insulation resistance; and selecting an output frequency of the signal generation module according to a lowest frequency to be generated by the signal generation module and the allowable injection frequency range.
