A self-moving mowing system includes a self-moving lawn mower and a control unit. The control unit includes a boundary acquisition module, an unmowed region determination module, a filling planning module, and a control module. The boundary acquisition module is configured to acquire information about an operation boundary so as to control the self-moving lawn mower to operate within the operation boundary. The unmowed region determination module is configured to identify information about unmowed regions within the operation boundary. The filling planning module is configured to generate an operation route along which mowing is sequentially performed in at least one unmowed region among all the unmowed regions. The control module is configured to control the self-moving lawn mower to mow in the at least one unmowed region among all the unmowed regions according to the operation route.

A power tool includes a brushless motor including several windings, a drive circuit for driving the brushless motor, a detection device for detecting the brushless motor so as to obtain a load parameter corresponding to a load of the brushless motor, and a controller for outputting a first control signal to reduce current of the brushless motor in a first slope when the load parameter exceeds a first preset range.

An intelligent lawn mower includes a cutting blade for cutting grass, a deck for supporting the cutting blade, at least one wheel rotatably supporting the deck, a first drive motor to provide torque to the at least one wheel, a mowing path generation module to set multiple target positions on a first virtual boundary and a second virtual boundary of a mowable area boundary according to a preset path and generate a mowing path from the target positions, and a controller electrically connected to or communicated with a display interface and the mowing path generation module to control the intelligent lawn mower to perform mowing tasks along the mowing path generated by the mowing path generation module.

Intelligent mowing system

An intelligent mowing system includes a base station to receive at least one kind of satellite positioning signal sent by a satellite system at a fixed location and an intelligent lawn mower. A mobile station group is mounted on the intelligent lawn mower and communicated with the base station to receive at least one kind of satellite positioning signal sent by the satellite system during a walking process of the intelligent lawn mower. The mobile station group includes at least a first mobile station and a second mobile station arranged at intervals that determines the position of the intelligent lawn mower. A controller is configured to control the intelligent lawn mower to generally walk within a predetermined line width.

A power tool includes a direct current (DC) unit, a motor, a driving circuit, a capacitor circuit, and a control unit. The capacitor circuit includes a switching element and a capacitor. The control unit drives the switching element to realize the control of charging or discharging of the capacitor. The capacitor circuit is connected between the DC unit and the driving circuit, and can buffer the impact on the power supply side of the power tool, making the power tool compact in structure.

A duty ratio under different working conditions is determined according to an analysis of a characteristic parameter x of a motor of a power tool and then a drive circuit is controlled with the duty ratio to drive the motor to operate. It is only needed to calculate the duty ratio without needing to make any variable to the circuit hardware or the mechanical structure of the power tool. That is, the duty ratio can be adjusted to achieve optimized control of the motor, thereby optimizing the working performance such as an output torque of the power tool.

A power tool includes a power connection terminal, a power system, a main control switch, and a power supply protection circuit. A power supply path is disposed between the power connection terminal and the power system. The main control switch and the power supply protection circuit are configured to control the power supply path to be completed or broken. During the use of the tool, the power tool is not restarted if the main control switch is turned on before an external power source that meets a power supply requirement is connected.

A power tool includes a housing, a saw blade for cutting a workpiece, a motor for driving the saw blade to rotate about a first axis, a circuit board for controlling the motor, a heat sink for cooling, and a base plate being formed with a flat surface for contacting with the workpiece during cutting. The housing includes a first containing portion being formed with a first container for containing the motor, a second containing portion extended along a direction substantially parallel to the flat surface from one of the two ends of the first containing portion along a direction substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The second containing portion is formed with a second container which is communicated with the first container. The circuit board and the heat sink are disposed in the second container.
