The present invention relates to isothiazoline compounds of formula (I). The compounds are useful for combating or controlling invertebrate pests, in particular arthropod pests and nematodes. The invention also relates to a method for controlling invertebrate pests by using these compounds and to veterinary compositions comprising said compounds.

Antiparasitic compounds

The present invention describes novel compounds, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and their medical uses. The compounds of the invention have activity as Janus Kinase inhibitors and are useful in the treatment or control of pruritus, associated with allergic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis in animals, and other disorders and indications where immunosuppression/immunomodulation would be desirable. Also described herein are methods of treating pruritus and atopic dermatitis by administering the compounds of the invention, which are JAK 1 inhibitors.

Sulfonamide derivatives as JAK inhibitors

The instant invention provides for substituted fused naphthyridine derivatives that inhibit Akt activity. In particular, the compounds disclosed selectively inhibit one or two of the Akt isoforms. The invention also provides for compositions comprising such inhibitory compounds and methods of inhibiting Akt activity by administering the compound to a patient in need of treatment of cancer.

Inhibitors of Akt activity

Novel derivatives of enfumafungin are disclosed herein, along with their, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and prodrugs. Also disclosed are compositions comprising such compounds, methods of preparing such compounds and methods of using such compounds as antifungal agents and/or inhibitors of (1,3)-&#x3b2;-D-glucan synthase. The disclosed compounds, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and prodrugs, as well as compositions comprising such compounds, salts, hydrates and prodrugs, are useful for treating and/or preventing fungal infections and associated diseases and conditions.

Antifungal agents

The present invention relates to novel enfumafungin derivatives of formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, their synthesis, and their use as inhibitors of (1,3)-&#x3b2;-D-glucan synthase. The present compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising the present compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, are useful for treating or preventing antifungal infections and associated diseases and conditions.
