This application provides example data retransmission methods and communication apparatuses. One example method includes receiving a physical protocol data unit (PPDU) by a first device and from a second device, where the PPDU includes a signaling field and a data field, the data field includes retransmitted data and newly transmitted data, the signaling field includes first indication information, or the signaling field comprises the first indication information and second indication information, the first indication information indicates a first modulation and coding scheme (MCS) and a first coding mode that are used for the newly transmitted data, and the second indication information indicates a second MCS and a second coding mode that are used for the retransmitted data. The PPDU is demodulated based on the signaling field.

The method includes sending a media access control (MAC) frame, where the MAC frame includes a processing mode bitmap, every n bits in the processing mode bitmap correspond to one feedback unit, and a value of the n bits is used to indicate a processing mode of channel state information of the corresponding feedback unit; and receiving a beamforming report, where the beamforming report includes one or more feedback fields, each feedback field corresponds to one feedback unit, the feedback field includes channel state information of the corresponding feedback unit, and the channel state information included in the feedback field is processed in a processing mode indicated by the processing mode bitmap.

The method in the embodiments of this application includes: obtaining a set of link information and a set of indication information of at least two links, where the link information is used to indicate a sender of a radio frame transmitted on a link, a receiver of the radio frame, and a transmission time interval of the radio frame, the indication information is used to indicate whether the receiver successfully receives the radio frame transmitted on the link, and transmission time intervals of radio frames transmitted on all of the at least two links have an overlapping target time interval; and determining a target link group based on the set of link information and the set of indication information of the at least two links.

Data transmission method and related apparatus

The present application provide a resource allocation method, an access point, and a station. The method includes: determining a resource allocation sequence of N stations in a wireless local area network and a position of a resource allocated to each station in the N stations; determining resource allocation information according to the resource allocation sequence of the N stations and the position of the resource allocated to each station in the N stations, where the resource allocation information is used to reflect a relative position of the resource allocated to each station in the N stations; and sending resource indication information, so that each station in the N stations obtains, according to the resource indication information, the position of the resource allocated to each station.
