A swirl structure-based exhaust aftertreatment device for an underground mining diesel vehicle comprises a water tank, a PM collection tank, an inlet tube, a high-speed rotary exhaust separator, an exhaust catalytic converter, a circulating NOx selective catalytic reduction system and an exhaust tube. The high-speed rotary exhaust separator comprises a Laval tube, a throat tube, a swirl tube and a first deposition tube. The concentration of toxic and harmful components in exhaust can be decreased below a concentration threshold, thus avoiding pipeline blockage caused by PM accumulation.

Provided is a multi-functional plugging agent for a coal mine and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: by taking Ecklonia Kurome Okam as a raw material, mixing an Ecklonia Kurome Okam suspension with phosphorus pentoxide for reaction, then performing biodegradation to obtain an Ecklonia Kurome Okam biological extract, adding urea for neutralization, mixing a neutralization product with an inorganic catalyst and melamine for reaction to obtain a bio-based plugging synergist solution, finally cooling the bio-based plugging synergist solution, and mixing the cooled bio-based plugging synergist solution with a certain amount of pentaerythritol and ammonium polyphosphate to obtain the multi-functional plugging agent for the coal mine based on the Ecklonia Kurome Okam biological extract. According to the invention, not only a coal crack can be effectively plugged for a long time, but also an efficient flame-retardant effect can be achieved in a complete period of coal spontaneous combustion.

A deep low-permeability gassy seam drilling-slitting-sealing-fracturing drilling device includes a drilling control system, a high-pressure water power system, a water pressure grading control system and a fracturing and sealing control system. The device includes a grouting system, a drainage system and a hole fixing system. The grouting system injects a pressurized sealing material into a borehole through a pressure pump to increase a sealing effect of the borehole. The drainage system drains gas in the middle of air holes on metal baffle plates and hole fixing screen pipes through a drainage pipe to increase flowability of gas. The hole fixing system is inside the borehole and fixed with the metal baffle plates, and the hole fixing screen pipes are fixedly connected with each other through fitting mouths and fitting buckles. The device is fixedly mounted in the gas drainage borehole. After hole packing, the drainage pipe is connected with a drainage pump to drain gas.

A dynamically self-balancing pressurized borehole sealing apparatus and method thereof for coal seam gas pressure measurement having a pressure measuring tube arranged in a borehole with one end of the pressure measuring tube provided with a pressure measuring unit. The pressure measuring tube is wrapped with an expansion airbag and provided with a pressure introducing hole communicating with the expansion airbag. On each side of the expansion airbag, the pressure measuring tube is wrapped with a front borehole inflatable sealing airbag and a rear borehole inflatable sealing airbag respectively. A gel injection chamber is reserved between the front borehole sealing airbag and the rear borehole sealing airbag and between the expansion airbag and an inner side of the borehole. Gas from the pressure measuring tube expands the expansion airbag and squeezes sealing gel in the gel injection chamber into borehole fractures for dynamic pressurized sealing.

Dynamically self-balancing pressurized borehole-sealing apparatus and method thereof for coal seam gas pressure measurement

Provided are a drill-power-based directional hydraulic fracturing system for downhole quick slotting and a method thereof. The directional hydraulic fracturing system includes a water injection pump, a high pressure rubber pipe arranged on the water injection pump is in communication with a drill, a dedicated sealing drill rod for hydraulic fracturing is arranged on the drill, a front segment of the drill rod may be connected with a directional borehole sealer through threads and a sealing ring is provided at the threaded connection. The main steps include drilling, slotting, borehole sealing and fracturing. Firstly, a drill-cut integrated tool is installed at a front end of the drill rod. After drilling is completed, hydraulic slotting, permeability improvement and pressure relief are performed without changing a drill bit. After slotting is completed, the drill bit is retreated, and the directional borehole sealer is installed and pushed to a predetermined position for efficiency sealing. After sealing is completed, high pressure water injection fracturing is performed to increase fissure density and scope with 'high pressure penetration' as main. Thus, water injection for the coal seam with high ground pressure and low porosity is realized. In this way, coal bumps are effectively prevented, the powder dust concentration is reduced and the disasters such as gas and fire are prevented.

The upper electrode is provided with an electrode lead which passes through the columnar insulator, the lower electrode and the lower resin backing plate and goes out from the tail connecting end.
