A method for controlling a direct drive transmission system and related devices. The method includes: S: starting direct drive transmission system for overall zero returning; S: reading a zero signal of the first incremental position feedback means identified by a corresponding second incremental position feedback means; S: determining whether any actuator reads two zero signals; if yes, performing step S; otherwise, returning to step S; S: determining according to a distance between two zero signals fed back by the actuator that the corresponding mover has completed zero returning, and further completing zero returning of the direct drive transmission system; and S: acquiring, by the controller based on the direct drive transmission system after zero returning, position information of the movers, and driving the movers to move. Compared with the related art, the present disclosure has good position feedback effect, high positioning accuracy, and good drive control effect.

Method for controlling direct drive transmission system and related device

The present disclosure provides direct drive system, belongs to drive systems field. The direct drive system includes: base and slide spaced from the base, the base being provided with stator assembly, slide being provided with rotor assembly; rotor assembly including a first magnetic conductor and a plurality of magnets arranged on the first magnetic conductor; the stator assembly including second magnetic conductors and windings spaced on second magnetic conductors, windings being arranged opposite magnets, and magnetic field generated by windings covering magnets to generate electromagnetic thrust with magnet to drive the slide to move along sliding direction. Windings are spaced, and coils in each group of winding are cooperatively energized to drive rotor assembly with magnets to operate, which effectively reduce consumption of coils, reduce material costs, reduce heating quantity, reduce energy consumption of direct drive system, to improve operation efficiency of direct drive system.

Direct drive system

A direct-drive system, including a base provided with a guide rail and a stator assembly; and at least one slide spaced from the base and fixed to the base by means of the guide rail. A mover assembly arranged opposite to the stator assembly is fixed to the at least one slide, and the mover assembly interacts with the stator assembly to drive the at least one slide to slide on the guide rail. An orthographic projection of the guide rail onto the base along a sliding direction of the at least one slide falls at least partially at an outer side of the base. The guide rail structure is first contacted when the modules are spliced, so as to ensure smooth sliding of the direct-drive system and reduce the difficulty of assembly and maintenance of the system.

Direct-drive system

The present disclosure provides a linear driving apparatus. The linear driving apparatus includes: stators; rotors slidably arranged on the stators; a driving component configured to drive the rotors to slide along an extension direction of the stators; first position feedback units provided with one first position feedback unit provided with a marking signal; and second position feedback units arranged on the stators and spaced apart. The second position feedback units is configured to read position information of the first position feedback units and read the marking signal. The linear driving apparatus in the present disclosure can simplify a manner of identifying the rotor without additional sensors, thereby reducing costs.

A method for controlling a direct drive system, including: S: outputting, by the actuator, a current to the winding of the stator corresponding to the actuator to cause the windings to drive the mover corresponding to the windings to move in a single direction along the guide rail; S: sensing a position of the second position feedback means through the first position feedback means, and acquiring position information of the mover relative to the stator; and S: changing a drive mode of the actuator according to the position information, so that the actuator adjusts, according to the drive mode, magnitude of the current outputted to the windings of the stator corresponding to the actuator. The above solution can reduce a number of power modules used in the direct drive system, so as to reduce overall manufacturing and use costs of the direct drive system.

A method for controlling a multi-mover direct drive transmission system and related devices, including: S: detecting a real-time position of the mover units movable in the feedback segments; S: determining whether the mover unit enters junction region between the feedback and transition segments: if yes, calculating, by using preset algorithm, an electrical angle at which the mover unit moves in the transition segment, and determining real-time position of the mover unit through the electrical angle; and setting cooperative control mode of the stator windings in a range of the transition segment according to the real-time position of the mover unit; and S: determining whether the mover unit enters the junction region between the transition segment and the feedback segment: if yes, feeding back real-time position of the mover unit through the displacement sensor of the feedback segment. The above solution has a good control effect, low costs, and low mounting requirements.

Method for controlling multi-mover direct drive transmission system and related device

A multi-mover direct drive transmission system, including: stator unit formed by stator segments and includes frame and coil windings; mover units movable relative to the stator unit and each includes mover slidably connected to the stator unit and movable relative to the frame, and magnet fixed to the mover; and actuators. The magnet is arranged opposite to and spaced from the coil winding, and the coil winding drives the magnet to drive the mover. The frame includes feedback segments and transition segments. The stator unit further includes hall elements. The hall element outputs a hall signal according to a magnetic field variation detected. The actuator calculates an electrical angle and calculates a drive current, the coil winding drives the magnet to move to realize position correction. The multi-mover direct drive transmission system has a simple structure, a small number of components, and is simple and easy-to-implement the motion control method.
