The present disclosure provides a direct drive transmission system and a control method. The direct drive transmission system includes: a base plate, guide rails, a plurality of stators, a mover, a first position feedback device, a plurality of second position feedback devices, a plurality of drivers, and a controller. The first position feedback device aligns with a respective second position feedback device. The plurality of stators are configured to drive the mover to slide on the guide rails. The plurality of second position feedback devices are arranged at intervals and are electrically connected to the controller. The controller is configured to control driving operations of the plurality of drivers according to effective position information fed back by the plurality of second position feedback devices.

Direct drive transmission system and control method

The disclosure provides a direct drive transmission system including a mover unit and a stator unit driving the mover unit to move. The stator unit includes a stator assembly, two first end covers, and two first guide rails. A side of the first end cover close to the first guide rail is recessed inwardly to form a first mounting groove, and two ends of the first guide rail are respectively inserted into the first mounting groove. The mover unit includes a mover assembly, two second end covers, and two second guide rails. A side of the second end cover close to the second guide rail is recessed inwardly to form a second mounting groove, two ends of the second guide rail are respectively inserted into the second mounting groove. The stator assembly drives the mover assembly to cause the second guide rail to move on the first guide rail.

Direct drive transmission system

The disclosure provides a direct drive motor, including: a primary assembly, the primary assembly including a slide, a coil assembly fixed to the slide, and two first end covers respectively fixed to the slide; and a secondary assembly, the secondary assembly including a base arranged opposite to the slide, a yoke fixed to the base, a magnet assembly fixed to the yoke, and two second end covers respectively fixed to two opposite circumferential sides of the base. The slide is slidably supported on the base. A side of each of the second end covers close to the yoke is provided with a mounting groove recessed in a direction away from the yoke, and two opposite ends of the yoke are respectively inserted and fixed in the mounting grooves of the two second end covers.

Direct drive motor

The present disclosure provides a direct drive system, a control method for the same, an electronic device and a storage medium. In the direct drive system, the plurality of primary units are designed to have the position mode and the current mode. In the position mode, a position control instruction is output according to the absolute position information of a mover on the guide rails and predetermined positions of the mover on the guide rails, in order for a respective driver to adjust current in at least one winding primary unit according to the position control instruction, to move the respective mover to a predetermined position. In the current mode, a current control instruction is output, in order for the respective driver to provide current to the at least one winding according to the current control instruction, to compensate a thrust loss occurred in movement of the respective mover.

Direct drive system, control method for the same, electronic device and storage medium

The multi-mover direct drive transmission system includes multiple stator units, a guide rail, multiple mover units, and a controller. Each of the multiple stator units includes a stator, a winding, a photoelectric switch, a reading head, and a driver. Each of the multiple mover units includes a mover, and a magnetic steel, two stoppers, and a grating ruler. Each of the two stoppers are configured to pass and block the photoelectric switch. The grating ruler is arranged opposite to the reading head, and the reading head is configured to read information from the grating ruler in real-time. The controller is configured to obtain the reading signal and two zero signals from the photoelectric switch by the driver. Compared with the conventional art, the multi-mover direct drive transmission system of the present invention has simple structure, high positioning accuracy, and easy to use.

Multi-mover direct drive transmission system

The disclosure provides a direct drive transmission system. The direct drive transmission system includes a mover unit and a stator unit driving the mover unit to move. The stator unit includes a stator assembly, two first end covers, and two first guide rails. The mover unit includes a mover assembly, two second end covers, and two second guide rails. The direct drive transmission system further includes a limiting structure. An end of the limiting structure close to each of the second end covers is located between the two second end covers. The stator assembly drives the mover assembly to cause the second guide rail to move along the first guide rail, such that the second end cover contacts a side wall of the limiting structure to realize limiting.

The present disclosure provides a direct drive transmission system and a control method. The direct drive transmission system includes: a base plate, guide rails, a plurality of stators, a mover, a plurality of drivers, and a controller. The plurality of stators are configured to drive the mover to slide on the guide rails. A transmission line composed of the plurality of stators is configured to have at least one low-accuracy segment and at least one high-accuracy segment connected to each other. The direct drive transmission system further includes at least one first switching signal device and a plurality of second switching signal devices. The at least one first switching signal device aligns with a respective second switching signal device, and each second switching signal device is electrically connected to a respective driver or the plurality of second switching signal devices are all electrically connected to the controller.
