Provided are an array substrate, a display panel and a display apparatus. The array substrate includes a main display region, at least one secondary display region adjacent to the main display region, and a transition display region adjacent to the at least one secondary display region and the main display region.

Array substrate, display panel and display apparat

A back plate configured to press a mask assembly. The mask assembly includes a glass substrate and a mask that are stacked on the glass substrate. The back plate covers a surface of the glass substrate to press the glass substrate, thereby attaching the glass substrate to the mask. The back plate includes a bottom plate and multiple protrusions, the multiple protrusions include multiple bottom plate protrusions disposed on a side of the bottom plate facing the glass substrate. The multiple bottom plate protrusions are arranged in an array. Orthographic projections of the bottom plate protrusions on a plane of the mask fall within the mask. A distance between the projections of the bottom plate protrusions disposed adjacent to an edge of the mask and the edge of the mask is greater than or equal to a preset distance.

Back plate

The mask includes a first surface and a second surface that are arranged opposite to each other. The first surface includes a plurality of first grooves, the second surface includes a plurality of second grooves, the plurality of second grooves and the plurality of first grooves are in a one-to-one correspondence, and each second groove and a respective first groove corresponding to the each second groove penetrate the mask. On the second surface, the distance between adjacent second grooves is greater than a preset distance, where the preset distance is greater than zero.

The display panel includes: a first sub-pixel disposed in the first display area and including a first light-emitting structure, and the first light-emitting structure including at least one first common layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a second sub-pixel disposed in the second display area and including a second light-emitting structure, and the second light-emitting structure including at least one second common layer disposed between the third electrode and the fourth electrode, in which a thickness of the fourth electrode is smaller than a thickness of the second electrode, and a total thickness of the at least one second common layer is greater than a total thickness of the at least one first common layer.

Display panel and manufacturing method thereof and display apparatus

The present application relates to a support strip and a mask plate. The support strip includes a main body, an irregular portion, and a clamped portion. The main body has two sides in a first direction and two ends in a second direction. The irregular portion is disposed on the side of the main body. The clamped portion is disposed on the end of the main body. A first central axis of the main body, a second central axis of the clamped portion, and a first main centroid axis of a support portion all extend along the second direction. The second central axis is located on a side of the first central axis adjacent to the first main centroid axis. The first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, and are parallel to a plane in which a top surface of the main body is located.

Support strips and mask plates

A mask plate and an evaporation system. The mask plate includes at least one mask strip. Folding structures are connected to two opposite sides of the at least one mask strip. At least one group of effective evaporation area and transition area located around the effective evaporation areas are arranged on the at least one mask strip. Each folding structure includes a foldable part and a support part connected to each other. The foldable part is connected to the support part and the mask strip. The foldable part and at least part of the support part are sequentially stacked on one side of the two opposite sides of the mask strip, and the foldable part covers at least part of the transition area close to the folding structure of the mask strip.

Mask plate and evaporation system

A display device, including a display panel and a cover plate covering the display panel. The display panel is provided with a through hole extending through the display panel in a thickness direction thereof. The display panel includes a frame area and an active area. The frame area surrounds the through hole. The active area surrounds the frame area. The cover plate includes a first region, a second region, and a third region. The first region covers the active area. The second region covers the frame area. A surface of the second region adjacent to the display panel is provided with a light-shielding portion thereon. The third region covers the through hole.

Display device

The present application provides a mask assembly and a display device. The display device comprises a display area and at least one non-display area, the display area surrounding the non-display area; the display device further comprises a transitional-display area adjoining the non-display area as well as the display area, respectively, wherein both the display area and the transitional-display area are used to display static or dynamic images; a thickness of a first electrode in the transitional-display area is smaller than or equal to a thickness of the first electrode in the display area. The presence of the transitional-display area prevents incomplete display caused by incomplete coverage of the evaporation material in the display device, such as black-edged display formed in an area where a connection bridge is located, thereby improving the display integrity.

A display panel includes: a first substrate; a second substrate, arranged opposite to the first substrate. A first locking structure is arranged on at least one edge of a surface of the first substrate facing the second substrate, a second locking structure that corresponds to the first locking structure is arranged on a surface of the second substrate facing the first substrate corresponding to the at least one edge. The first locking structure includes a first locking member arranged on the first substrate and a second locking member arranged on the first locking member.
