A method and device for predicting a flow capacity of an ecological river channel with vegetation are provided. The method includes: obtaining ecological rive channel geographic data during dry season and ecological zone vegetation data; obtaining a layout strategy of a liquid level sensor group based on ecological zone distribution data and ecological zone vegetation data, the layout strategy of the liquid level sensor group reflects an inundation status of emergent vegetation in the ecological zone by rivers during flood season; obtaining a prediction river flow data at a node location of the ecological zone based on a corrected roughness coefficient of the ecological zone and water level data during the flood season, the node location is a position corresponding to a cross section of the water flow. A directional monitoring for a specific zone is formed with the liquid level sensor group.

The ball-game table structure used in the present invention is selected by comparing various shapes to push a buoy to the middle of a river where the water flow is turbulent by using the difference in a water flow speed to prevent the water flow from being stranded where the water flow is slow or being blocked by a rock at a river bank so as not to continue the drift. The steel plate of the cross-shaped structure in the fan-shaped distribution is used, so that the buoy can be turned up and continue to drift once it has fallen to the ground, greatly improving the efficiency of drift.

According to the present invention, the flow velocity of water flow is measured based on the difference between the simulated measured upstream face pressure at the bow and the simulated measured downstream face pressure at the stern by an unpowered measuring ship drifting on the water surface. The measured data is transmitted to the data processing center on the ground via the wireless communication network. The present invention enables the flow data to be measured in presence of poor satellite positioning signals and public network signals or no signals, achieving data transmission independent of satellite positioning and public communication networks.
