A preparation method of a Co@CM multi-channel ceramic catalytic membrane for hydrogenation of p-nitrophenol is provided. In the catalytic membrane, a multi-channel ceramic membrane is adopted as a substrate. A cobalt salt as an active component is loaded in situ on a surface and in pores of the multi-channel ceramic membrane through a forced circulation with the help of the excellent reduction and anchoring effects of dopamine (DA), and then subjected to in situ self-reduction through calcination to produce the Co@CM multi-channel ceramic catalytic membrane. The preparation method has the following advantages: Nano-scale Co particles are loaded instead of a precious metal on a multi-channel ceramic membrane, and the surface of the Co particles is wrapped by carbon and nitrogen, which can effectively inhibit the loss of Co particles during a reaction. In addition, there is no need to add an additional reducing agent during the reduction of Co.

A simple preparation method and use of a support of a catalyst for hydrogenation are provided. The support is prepared by a direct mixing method as follows: 2-methylimidazole is directly mixed with different cobalt sources, and then calcination and acid-washing are conducted. This method has advantages such as simple preparation process flow, short preparation cycle, low raw material cost, and high support output. A Pd@CN catalyst prepared from the support can exhibit a high catalytic activity when used in a reaction system for phenol hydrogenation to prepare cyclohexanone.

A method for preparing a ceramic fiber filter tube with high air permeability, including: using mullite short fibers as aggregates, adding glass fibers and silica sol as sintering aids, obtaining a ceramic fiber filter tube green body by using a filterer-pressing forming process, and obtaining the ceramic fiber filter tube with high air permeability by freeze-drying and heat treatment in turn. The combination of two sintering aids with different properties can effectively improve the performance of ceramic fiber filter tube prepared by a wet forming technology. At the same time, the freeze-drying treatment can block the migration path of nanoparticles in the silica sol to the surface of the ceramic fiber filter tube due to the capillary force, so that the properties of the prepared ceramic fiber filter tube are more uniform, providing a reference for the preparation of a ceramic fiber membrane with high flux.

By adding a modifying monomer containing an active group and a characteristic group to a dope solution or spinning solution during the preparation of the dual-layer membrane, the grafting reaction occurs between the active group of the monomer and the polymer in the dope solution or spinning solution, and the intermolecular interaction with other polymers is enhanced by the characteristic group of the monomer, to improve the miscibility between the polymers. The present invention discloses an integrated new technique and apparatus for recycling volatile organic compounds of coating printing. The new technique collects a mixed gas of volatile organic compounds produced in the process of coating and drying of a coating machine with a volatiles collecting hood of coating machine, compresses and lead the mixed gas of volatile organic compounds into a condensation system for condensation; the obtained condensate enters a gas-liquid separator to obtain a coating solvent with high concentration; non-condensable lean gas enters a membrane separation and enrichment system to obtain a mixed gas of high concentration organic compounds after membrane separation and enrichment with a complete set of membrane assembly, and then returns to front of the condensation system to repeat the integrated technique. The separation membrane as claimed in the present invention has an extremely high permselectivity for volatile organic compounds of coating printing and can quickly enrich the volatile organic compounds. Recycling rate of volatile organic compounds of the apparatus may reach 90%, and the content of organic compounds in the tail gas emission after treatment is no more than 1 g/m. This integrated new technique largely reduces the production cost of coating printing industry and at the same time protects the atmospheric environment.

The present invention relaters to a method for continuously preparing a nano zinc oxide with a membrane reactor. A zinc salt solution and a precipitator solution required for the preparation of a zinc oxide are respectively used as dispersion phases, and under the action of a certain pressure, the two reaction solutions respectively penetrate through a membrane tube at a certain rate and disperse quickly under the action of a shear force and react, producing a precursor precipitate. A precursor suspension penetrates through the membrane tube continuously and circularly after being pressurized by a pump, and at the same time, deionized water as a washing fluid is added to a suspension storage tank, wherein impurity ions penetrate through membrane pores and are discharged along with the liquid medium; after the concentration of the impurity ions meets requirements, the concentrated solution is discharged continuously and then spray-dried to obtain a basic zinc carbonate precursor powder. The basic zinc carbonate powder is calcined under certain conditions to obtain the nanostructured zinc oxide powder. The continuous preparation and washing of a powder can be achieved by coupling a membrane washing technique with a membrane dispersion technique. The procedure is simple, the structure of zinc oxide is easy to control and the yield is high.

Provided is a cleaning process of producing lactic acid. Firstly saccharification liquid is prepared through saccharated materials, then fermented with nutritive materials and lactic acid bacteria, and liquid alkali is used to adjust the pH. The fermentation broth is filtrated with porous membrane, and the lactic acid bacteria in the interception liquid are then reintroduced into the porous membrane for recycling. The permeate from porous membrane is subjected to nanofiltration to be decolored and purified. The concentrated solution from nanofiltration and the cleaning liquid from fermentation tank and its affiliated equipment are filtrated and sterilized by using ceramic membrane, and then are reintroduced into the fermentation unit for recycling. The permeate from nanofiltration is then subjected to bipolar electrodialysis system to prepare lactic acid, and the liquid alkali produced at the same time is reintroduced into the fermentation tank for recycling. The lactic acid is finally concentrated by using vacuum distillation. The process recycles the bacteria in the liquid alkali and matured fermentation broth, and is characterized by low material consumption and emission, low pollution, reduced cost and cleanness and environmentally protection of the whole production process.
