A device for cage jamming buffer of large-tonnage hoisting system of ultra-deep shaft is provided. End cage jamming buffer mechanisms are added at both ends of an automatic wire rope tension balancing mechanism, wherein the end cage jamming buffer mechanisms include an end buffer module and an end fixing module, and the end buffer module and the end fixing module are respectively mounted on shafts of the automatic wire rope tension balancing mechanisms at two ends. The end buffer module mainly consists of a buffer bearing pedestal, a limit block, a buffer block, and a stop block sequentially mounted on the shaft of the automatic wire rope tension balancing mechanism at one end. The end fixing module mainly consists of a fixing bearing pedestal and a fixing block mounted on the shaft, wherein the fixing bearing pedestal is connected to a transmission gear by an adjusting bolt.

Device for cage jamming buffer of large-tonnage hoisting system of ultra-deep shaft

The present invention discloses a device and method for adjusting tension of a steel wire rope of an ultra-deep vertical shaft at a hoisting-container-end. The device includes two stages of steel wire rope tension adjusting devices provided on a hoisting container, where a primary steel wire rope tension adjusting device includes left and right steel wire rope tension adjusting devices that are symmetrically arranged, and a secondary steel wire rope tension adjusting device is provided below the primary steel wire rope tension adjusting device. By use of two stages of steel wire rope tension adjusting devices, tension on four steel wire ropes can be adjusted to equalize the tension, thus meeting the requirement for tension equalization in a hoisting process. The four steel wire ropes are equally divided into two groups. Tension of two steel wire ropes is adjusted by rotating a primary drum around which the two steel wire ropes are wound, and then tension of the four steel wire ropes is adjusted by rotating a secondary drum around which the multiple steel wire ropes are wound, thus achieving a final purpose. The device of the present invention has a simple structure, and is conveniently mounted and easily detached. The tension is automatically adjusted by rotating the drums. This solution is novel and has wide application.

Device and method for adjusting tension of a steel wire rope of an ultra-deep vertical shaft at a hoisting-container-end

An apparatus and a method for measuring a rotational angle of a sinking platform. The apparatus includes a sinking platform being a subject to be measured, suspension ropes and guide ropes connected to the sinking platform, a carriage assembled on the guide ropes, a gyroscope and a gyroscope signal radio transmitter mounted at an upper end of the carriage, and a tilt angle sensor and a radio signal reception processor mounted on the sinking platform. During running of the carriage, the gyroscope keeps measuring a pose of the carriage, and a measured signal is transmitted to the radio transmitter in a wired manner. The radio transmitter transmits a pose signal of the carriage during running to the radio signal reception processor in a wireless manner. A turning angle of the sinking platform in the y direction is accurately obtained by subtracting a pose of the carriage being located at the top of the guide ropes from a pose of the carriage being located at the bottom of the guide ropes. Tilt angles of the sinking platform in the x direction and the z direction can be measured in real time by using the tilt angle sensor. Therefore, rotational angles of the sinking platform in three directions can be conveniently and accurately measured.

A hydraulic power pack drives three parallel hydraulic cylinders to work synchronously, thereby implementing the rising and falling of an elevating platform; when the elevating platform reaches a predetermined floor, an upper electric pushrod pushes a pedal assembly out, and then the pedal assembly drives a pedal to rise by means of a pedal elevating system until the pedal is flush with the surface of a loading table of the elevating platform; outward-swinging doors between the elevating platform and a floor open to form pedal guardrails; then sliding doors open and a man can step onto a stair via the pedal assembly. An eccentric loading adjusting means eliminates eccentric loading to achieve balance about the center of gravity, thereby eliminating the eccentric loading of the platform. The elevating platform is simple in structure, safe, reliable, and easy to maintain. The elevating platform, placed within a spiral stair, is convenient for movement of crowds and cargo delivery at certain scenarios and is widely applicable. The elevating method is simple to implement and effectively solves the eccentric loading problem caused by reasons such as outstretching of a pedal of a hydraulic elevating platform and uneven distribution of people on the elevating platform, so that the hydraulic elevating platform is more stable and reliable during operation.

The vertical shaft rope guide comprises a hoisting rope, and two hoisting containers suspended from the tail ends of the hoisting rope, wherein, cage guide ropes are led through guide cage lugs arranged on the two sides respectively, a tensioner arranged on the ground at the shaft top is connected to the upper end of each cage guide rope, and a connector arranged under a steel slot at the shaft bottom is connected to the lower end of each cage guide rope; a hydraulic cylinder is connected at the other side of each tensioner and the corresponding connector, and the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the tensioner or connector. During hoisting in the vertical shaft, the hydraulic cylinders are controlled to act in advance, to push the tensioners or connectors to move towards the center between the two hoisting containers, so that the cage guide ropes led through the guide cage lugs on the two sides of the hoisting containers get close to each other at the same time and wrap the hoisting container; thus, the horizontal displacement of the hoisting containers is restrained, and the impact of air flow on the two hoisting containers is minimized when the two hoisting containers meet.

A system and a method for automatically regulating the tensions of the guide ropes of a flexible cable suspension platform. The system includes a guide rope regulator mounted on a flexible cable suspension platform, a hydraulic pump station arranged on the flexible cable suspension platform, and a hydraulic system associated to the hydraulic pump station. The guide rope regulator automatically regulates the tensions of the guide ropes to enable the tensions of all the guide ropes to be consistent, so as to further ensure that the flexible cable suspension platform is in a level condition. The guide rope regulator also can measure the tension states of the guide ropes conveniently so as to ensure that the guide ropes have enough tensions to efficiently limit the swing amplitude of a lilting container. The system is simple, and convenient to operate, and has a good automatic regulating effect.

The T-shaped installation support base comprises a vertical support rod and a horizontal support rod. The hydraulic support rod comprises an upper hydraulic support rod and a lower hydraulic support rod. The rotating frame comprises an upper Y-shaped frame and a lower Y-shaped frame. The chuck comprises an upper chuck and a lower chuck. The guide rail rope deflection inhibition method treats two guide rail rope deflection inhibition mechanisms as one group, and arranges at least two groups along the vertical direction on the shaft wall. While guaranteeing the smooth sliding of a direction guiding frame, the freedom of the guide rail rope part is restrained by the chuck, thereby enhancing the stability and safety of hoisting containers.

The present invention discloses a device and a method for detecting the tension on a guide rope of a hanging scaffold in a construction shaft. The guide rope is released by a winch, rounds over a hoisting sheave, is connected to the hanging scaffold, and then is tensioned up; the hoisting sheave is disposed at a position above the winch, and the device comprises a slide device, two tension ropes, and a pull rope, wherein, the slide device is fitted around the guide rope, the two tension ropes are fixed to the two sides of the slide device respectively and arranged parallel to the guide rope, the pull rope is fixed to the lower part of the slide device and arranged perpendicular to the guide rope. On the basis of the basic principles of mechanics, the force applied on the guide rope can be calculated indirectly according to the proportional relation between the forces applied on the tension rope and guide rope and the lengths of the ropes. The device disclosed in the present invention is simple, and the method disclosed in the present invention is skillful. The device and method are applicable to thick and thin steel wire ropes and highly universal, and are low in cost.

Device and method for detecting the tension on a guide rope of a hanging scaffold in a construction shaft

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method of automatically adjusting a tension of a steel rope that comprises a guide system along which a mining elevator car moves vertically. The apparatus and the method allow the flexible guide rail to be structurally simple, convenient to process, reliable in performance, and easy to install and to maintain. The apparatus and the method allow restriction of vertical orientation and horizontal deflection, and are capable of real-time detection and automatic adjustment of the tension in the flexible guide rail of the elevator.
