An optical filter that includes a substrate and a first set of films disposed on a first surface of the substrate, wherein the first set of films includes a high refractive index film layer, a low refractive index film layer, and a matching film layer. A material of the matching film layer includes a nitrogen-doped silicon germanium mixture having a chemical formula SiGeN, where 0≤x≤1, and 0<y≤0.1. In a wavelength range of 780 nm to 3000 nm, a refractive index of the high refractive index film layer is greater than a refractive index of the low refractive index film layer, and a refractive index of the matching film layer is not equal to a refractive index of its adjacent film layer.

The present disclosure relates to an optical filter and an infrared image sensing system including the optical filter. The optical filter includes a glass substrate, and an IR film layer and an AR film layer plated on two opposite surfaces of the glass substrate; the IR film layer includes a first refractive-index-material layer, a second refractive-index-material layer, and a third refractive-index-material layer; the refractive index of the third refractive-index-material layer is greater than the refractive index of the first refractive-index-material layer, and the refractive index of the second refractive-index-material layer is greater than the refractive index of the third refractive-index-material layer. The optical filter of the present disclosure has a good anti-reflection effect on near-infrared light so that a high accuracy of face recognition and gesture recognition is ensured.

Optical filter and infrared image sensing system including the same

The application relates to an infrared cut-off filter, which includes: a substrate composed of white glass and an infrared cut-off film layer plated on one surface of the white glass; a spin-coated layer plated on the other surface of the white glass; and a reflection-reducing film layer plated on the spin-coated layer; the spin-coated layer includes a bottom layer and an absorbing layer each composed of an organic substance. The infrared cut-off filter has a stable structure, a high degree of firmness between layers, and a low cost.
