The present disclosure relates to the technical field of endoscopic staplers, in particular to an electric endoscopic stapler, including a housing, a driving motor, a linkage mechanism, a rotating mechanism, and an execution joint; the driving motor being disposed of in the housing; the linkage mechanism including a linkage assembly and a connecting rod, the linkage assembly is driven by and connected to an output shaft of the driving motor, the linkage assembly is connected to one end of the connecting rod, and the linkage assembly being used for converting rotating motion of the driving motor into linear motion of the connecting rod; and the rotating mechanism is connected to the other end of the connecting rod, the execution joint being connected to the rotating mechanism, and the rotating mechanism being used for converting the linear motion of the connecting rod into an angular rotation of the execution joint.

Electric endoscopic stapler

A puncturing device and an anchoring device, the puncturing device including: a puncturing needle, an inflatable anchoring balloon, and a catheter which passes through a proximal end and distal end of the anchoring balloon, the puncturing needle being movably accommodated within the catheter; in a filled state, a central area of an end portion of the distal end of the anchoring balloon is depressed towards the proximal end to form a depressed area, and a distal end of the catheter is located within the depressed area. The anchoring device includes the anchoring balloon and the catheter. The puncturing device may improve the accuracy and success rate of puncturing, and after puncturing is complete, an expansion balloon may be transported along a guide wire to expand a puncturing opening by simply withdrawing the puncturing needle and a push rod.

Puncturing device and anchoring device

A steerable catheter suitable for left-hand operation includes a tube, a handle assembly, and a Luer connector. The handle assembly comprises a holding handle, a slide mechanism, and a slide control mechanism; a proximal end of the tube passes through a cavity of the holding handle to be connected with the Luer connector; the slide mechanism comprises a slide base body, and a slide member axially sliding along the holding handle and fitted on the slide base body; the slide member is fixedly connected to a pull wire; the slide control mechanism comprises a connecting member connected with the slide member, and a drive adjustment member connected with the connecting member and adjusting the position of the slide member; the drive adjustment member is provided at the proximal end of the holding handle for convenient left hand operation.

Steerable catheter suitable for left-hand operation

A plastic covered stent for aortic dissection and an aortic dissection stent are disclosed. The plastic covered stent for aortic dissection includes a tubular membrane and multiple annular stents sequentially sutured on the membrane along an axial direction. Part of the annular stents on the membrane are semi-suture stents. Each semi-suture stent has non-suture zones separable from the membrane. When the plastic covered stent is bent, the membrane corresponding to the non-suture zones at an inner bending side of the plastic covered stent is separated from the semi-suture stents and folded inwardly. The semi-suture stents are distributed on a bending portion of the plastic covered stent for aortic dissection after being implanted.

Plastic covered stent for aortic dissection and aortic dissection stent

An aortic bare stent and an aortic dissection stent are disclosed. The aortic bare stent is in a tubular net structure, with multiple support stents in circles and arranged along an axial direction. Two adjacent support stents are connected by a connector stent. The connector stent is made of a hyper-elastic material. A flexural rigidity of the connector stent is less than that of the support stent. The support stent is made of a single-strand hyper-elastic nickel titanium wire or formed by cutting a nickel titanium tubing. The connector stent is made of a multi-strand composite wire. The multi-strand composite wire is formed by twisting or weaving multiple strands of filaments, and each strand of filament is independently of a nickel titanium material.
