A flexible substrate, including: a first organic layer, an inorganic barrier layer, a metal layer and a second organic layer which are stacked in sequence, and the metal layer is for improving binding force between the inorganic barrier layer and the second organic layer. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the metal layer is provided between the inorganic barrier layer and the second organic layer, so as to improve bonding force between the inorganic barrier layer and the second organic layer, prevent the second organic layer from peeling off from the inorganic barrier layer, and further improve reliability of a flexible display device.

Flexible substrate, display panel and method for manufacturing the same

The present disclosure provides a display device. The display device includes: a flexible substrate including a first organic layer, a second organic layer, and an inorganic layer sandwiched between the first organic layer and the second organic layer; an organic light emitting diode device on the flexible substrate, the organic light emitting diode device including an anode, a cathode and an organic light emitting layer between the anode and the cathode; and a flexible encapsulation layer on the organic light emitting diode device. A material of the first organic layer is the same as a material of the second organic layer, a thickness of the first organic layer is greater than a thickness of the second organic layer, and at least one of the first organic layer or the second organic layer includes inorganic nano-particles.

A pixel circuit, a display apparatus, and a driving method. The pixel circuit include: a driving circuit, a data writing circuit, a compensation circuit, a light emission control circuit, a first reset circuit, a second reset circuit, and a light-emitting element. The data writing circuit is for writing a data signal into the first terminal of the driving circuit based on a writing control signal; the first reset circuit is for applying a first reset voltage to the control terminal of the driving circuit based on a first reset control signal; and the second reset circuit is for applying a second reset voltage to a first electrode of the light-emitting element based on a second reset control signal. The writing control signal and the second reset control signal are synchronized in each write frame, and the writing control signal remains at an invalid level in each skip frame.

A flexible display module and a display device are provided. The flexible display module includes: a flexible substrate; a display layer, disposed on the flexible substrate; a reinforcement layer, disposed on a side of the display layer distal to the flexible substrate; a protective layer, disposed on a side of the reinforcement layer distal to the flexible substrate; a polarizing layer, disposed between the display layer and the reinforcement layer; a touch layer, disposed between the polarizing layer and the display layer; and a base film, disposed on a back surface of the flexible substrate; wherein material of the reinforcement layer comprises glass and a thickness of the reinforcement layer ranges from 10 μm to 150 μm.

The embodiments of the disclosure disclose a flexible display apparatus. The flexible display apparatus includes a flexible substrate, a display device and a flexible encapsulation layer. The flexible substrate includes a first organic layer, an inorganic buffer layer, and a second organic layer, the inorganic buffer layer is between the first organic layer and the second organic layer, and the first organic layer includes inorganic nano-particles; the display device is located between the flexible substrate and the flexible encapsulation layer; the flexible encapsulation layer is configured to encapsulate the display device.

A display panel having a plurality of subpixels is provided. The display panel includes a black matrix layer; a black adhesive layer on the black matrix layer; and a cover an a side of the black adhesive layer away from the black matrix layer. The black adhesive layer extends substantially throughout an entirety of a display region of the display panel, including a subpixel region and an inter-subpixel region. The black adhesive layer includes an optically clear adhesive and particles distributed throughout the optically clear adhesive. Light transmittance of the black adhesive layer is in a range of 40% to 80%.

The flexible substrate includes a first organic layer, an inorganic buffer layer, and a second organic layer. The inorganic buffer layer is between the first organic layer and the second organic layer. The second organic layer includes inorganic nano-particles. The expansion coefficient of the flexible substrate provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is more matched with that of the rigid auxiliary substrate, so as to reduce the risk of warping of the rigid auxiliary substrate and then improve the process accuracy when fabricating the display device.

A flexible display panel includes a flexible substrate; a display layer on the flexible substrate; a reinforcement layer on a side of the display layer distal to the flexible substrate; and a protective layer on a side of the reinforcement layer distal to the flexible substrate; wherein the reinforcement layer is a multi-layer laminate structure comprising at least one colorless polymide layer and the reinforcement layer is configured to enhance the reliability testing of the flexible display panel.
