In a method for improving converter and compiler operator granularity, a processor extracts an operator granularity from an artificial intelligence framework and an original model. A processor receives device characteristics from a target device. A processor outputs a converter granularity level to a converter based on the operator granularity and the device characteristics. A processor outputs a compiler granularity level to a compiler based on the operator granularity and the device characteristics.

Optimizing operator granularity in compiling and converting artificial intelligence (AI) models

Aspects of the invention include converting an artificial intelligence (AI) model generated in a first framework to a uniform exchange formatted model by engaging a master table to retrieve instructions for converting from the AI model to the uniform exchange formatted model in accordance with the first framework. The uniform exchange formatted model in compiled by engaging the master table to retrieve instructions for compiling the uniform exchange formatted model in accordance with the first framework. Data is received as an input to the compiled uniform exchange formatted model and an output is generated by engaging the master table to retrieve instructions for generating the output in accordance with the first framework.

Uniform artificial intelligence model conversion

A pressing device includes a screw body. The screw body includes a screw head that comprises a driver interface. The screw body also includes a screw shaft that comprises a screw tip opposite the screw head with respect to the screw shaft, exterior spiral threads between the screw head and screw tip, and an interior cavity with an opening at the screw tip. The pressing device also includes a pin partially inserted into the interior cavity. The pin comprises a first pin end inserted into the interior cavity, a pin shaft that is connected to the first pin end, and a second pin end that is connected to the pin shaft and that is exterior to the interior cavity. Applying a force to the second pin end in a direction towards the screw head causes the pin shaft to advance into to interior cavity.

A method of forming solder paste on an object is provided. The method includes providing a multilayered stencil, each stencil layer having an aperture formed therethrough from a top surface of the respective stencil layer to a bottom surface of the stencil layer. The method also includes applying the stencil to a surface of the object. The method also includes filling a void space formed by a combination of the apertures in the stencil layers with solder paste. The method also includes removing the stencil layers in a sequential manner to leave the solder paste.

The user ratings for the first item include a respective user rating of the first item from each user. A method of manufacturing a press-fit apparatus suitable for press-fitting multiple connectors to a circuit board is provided. A machine press head that is movable by a power supplier of the press-fit apparatus is provided. A universal press block is fixed to the machine press head to allow the universal press block to be movable with the machine press head. A locating block is fixed to the bottom plate of the universal press block, by inserting a locating fastener of the locating block into a locating hole. According to some embodiments, a socket for an electronic device includes a housing and pins connected to the housing. The housing includes a base extending laterally and having an inner face and an outer face; a riser connected to the base and extending away from the outer face; a wall extending laterally, connected to the riser, and having an exterior face and an interior face that faces the outer face of the base; mounting ports extending through the base from the inner face to the outer face; and exit ports extending through the wall from the interior face to the exterior face. Each pin includes a portion extending at least partially though one mounting port; a portion extending between the base and the wall; and a portion extending through one exit port.

An example method includes driving, by a controller, a filter unit to filter a light from the LED device using a first filter. The method further includes, in response to a sensor not receiving a measurable signal because of the first filter, driving, by the controller, the filter unit to filter the light using a second filter. Further, in response to the sensor not receiving the measureable signal because of the second filter, the method includes outputting an indication that the LED device is rejected. Further, in response to the sensor receiving the measureable signal, the method includes outputting an indication that the LED device is of a color representative of the second filter.

A processor determines a minimum magnetic force required for removing the solder paste from the printed circuit board based on the solder paste information. A processor receives electromagnet information, where the electromagnet information describes an electromagnet used in cleaning of a misprint of the solder paste on the printed circuit board. A processor determines a minimum amount of power to provide the electromagnet to induce the minimum magnetic force in the electromagnet, where the determination of the amount of power is based on the electromagnet information and the minimum magnetic force. A processor adjusts an amount of power applied to the electromagnet to at least the determined minimum amount of power to clean the misprint of the solder paste from the printed circuit board.

An apparatus and method for press-fitting a connector to a circuit board is provided. The apparatus has a universal press block fixedly connected to a machine press head. A bottom plate of the universal press block has multiple locating holes. A locating block is fixedly connected to the bottom plate. A press block is fixedly connected to the locating block at a predetermined position suitable for press-fitting the connector. The press block has a press block head, a press block body and a sensor provided between the head and the body. The press block head is movable to contact the connector to apply a pressing force to the connector. The sensor detects the pressing force and generates a signal indicative of the pressing force. The press block body receives the signal from the sensor and controls the movement of the press block head based on the signal.

Press-fit apparatus for connectors

In an approach to creating a press-fit force analysis, one or more computer processors retrieve a force press-fit data from a press-fit machine based on a press cycle. One or more computer processors calculate a deformation force of the press cycle based on the press-fit data and storing the deformation force. One or more computer processors create a predictive control model based on the deformation force and determine if a corrective action is required based on at least one of a raw material quality data, machine setting data, a completed lot quality data or the predictive control model. One or more computer processors determine if a corrective action is required and alert a downstream process to take the corrective action.
