Provided are a cover assembly for a battery and a battery. The cover assembly for the battery includes an elastic cover, an insulating cover, a frame support member and a terminal column assembly. The insulation cover is embedded in one end of the elastic cover. The frame support member has a greater hardness than the elastic cover and the insulating cover. The frame support member is embedded in the other end of the elastic cover. The elastic cover has an encapsulation portion disposed on an outside, in a radical direction, of the insulating cover and the frame support member. The encapsulation portion is in a cylindrical shape and configured to abut against an inner surface of a housing of the battery. The terminal assembly includes a terminal penetrating the insulating cover and the elastic cover.

The end cover assembly includes a top cover, an upper plastic member, a conductive block, a terminal post, and a sealing member. A mounting hole of the top cover extends through the top cover in a thickness direction of the top cover. The upper plastic member is mounted to the top cover. A through hole of the upper plastic member extends through the upper plastic member in the thickness direction of the upper plastic member and is in communication with the mounting hole. The conductive block is mounted to the upper plastic member. A fitting hole of the conductive block extends through the conductive block in a thickness direction of the conductive block and is in communication with the through hole.

Provided are a lower plastic member and a power battery. The lower plastic member includes a body protruding towards a jelly roll of the power battery to form a protruding portion. The protruding portion has at least one ventilation channel defined thereon. A gas in the power battery flows outside through the ventilation channel. The body has a liquid injection hole and a flow guide shroud provided thereon. The flow guide shroud is arranged at an opening on a side of the liquid injection hole facing towards the jelly roll. The flow guide shroud includes a shielding plate and a plurality of connection posts. The shielding plate has an inclined surface facing towards the body and inclined towards a side away from the body in a radially outward direction of the shielding plate.

An energy-storage apparatus and an electricity-consumption device are disclosed. The energy-storage apparatus includes a housing, an electrode assembly, an end cover assembly, and a first connector. The end cover assembly includes a top cover and a lower plastic assembly. The lower plastic assembly is disposed between the top cover and the electrode assembly. The top cover includes a first stimulus-response member. The lower plastic assembly includes a first-lower-plastic-member body having a first surface and a second surface, a first recess recessed from the second surface to the first surface, and a first vent hole defined in a recess bottom-wall of the first recess and penetrates through the recess bottom-wall and the first surface. A part of the first recess is blocked by the first connector, and the rest of the first recess exposed beyond the first connector forms a vent passage in communication with the first vent hole.

Disclosed are an end cover assembly, an energy-storage device, and an electricity-consumption device. The end cover assembly includes an isolation member. A main body of the isolation member has a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, and the isolation member defines a through hole penetrating through both the first surface and the second surface. Each first protrusion portion on the first surface and each second protrusion portion on the second surface are spaced apart from the through hole. A conductive block defines multiple first blind holes and an assembly hole, and each first blind hole fits one first protrusion portion. A top cover defines multiple second blind holes and a mounting hole, and each second blind hole fits one second protrusion portion. A post body of the terminal post passes through the mounting hole, the through hole, and the assembly hole sequentially.

The handle includes a handle body, at least one connecting portion, and second limiting portions. A surface of the first flange close to the insulating member, an inner circumferential wall of the mounting hole, and a surface of the top cover plate close to the first flange and extending beyond the inner circumferential wall of the mounting hole define a sealing cavity. An inner circumferential wall of the through hole and an outer circumferential wall of the main body define a gap therebetween, the gap communicates with the sealing cavity, and a sealing member is received in the sealing cavity.
