A high-pressure composite container is provided. At least a plastic-liner is provided with a plastic shell and a metal end encapsulated by the plastic shell. The plastic-liner of the sealing structure only consists of the plastic shell and the metal end, and the sealing structure is simple. The metal end and a bottle mouth valve jointly compress a sealing ring on the bottle mouth valve, so that the sealing ring forms a stable compression amount, and finally the high-pressure gas cylinder has excellent sealing performance. In addition, the metal end and the plastic shell are well positioned both axially and circumferentially. In the case of high and low pressure and temperature alternation, the relative positions of the metal end and the plastic shell do not change, and a sealing surface of the plastic shell does not deform and dislocate.

High-pressure composite container

An internal support part structure for a plastic tank includes a support rod and end surface components disposed at two ends of the support rod. The support rod is made of a first material. An outer surface of the end surface component is covered by a second material. An outer edge of the end surface component has a regular or irregular shape. The structure resolves a problem that a second material wrapping a first material and connected to an inner wall of a plastic tank may be easily pulled off the inner wall. When a fuel tank is impacted, the support rod of the structure breaks first, to protect the surface of the fuel tank from damage.

Internal supporting part structure for plastic tank

A support for connecting the upper and lower surfaces inside a fuel tank includes a connecting column. Each of the upper and lower sides of the connecting column is provided with an end surface. The end surface is coated with plastic. The connecting column is provided with a notch, and the number of the connecting column is at least one. The connecting column is configured in an I-shape, an H-shape, an M-shape, a W-shape or other shapes. The shape of the notch is V-shaped, U-shaped, semicircular or irregular. The notch is provided on a left side or a right side of the connecting column or in a middle of the connecting column.

A rigid connecting device for connecting the upper and lower surfaces inside an oil tank includes a connecting rod. The upper and lower sides of the connecting rod are each provided with a connecting end surface. The connecting end surface is provided with material-passing hole. The outer surface of the rigid connecting device is covered with high-density polyethylene. The upper and lower surfaces of the oil tank are connected by a connecting rod, and such arrangement is locally applied to areas where the rigidity of the oil tank is poor, so there are more effective space. The part of the rigid connecting rod contacting with the oil fuel is made of high-density polyethylene, so the requirements of strength and anti-corrosion can be satisfied.

A supporting assembly for a hollow tank body includes a supporting body () and supporting ends () provided at two ends of the supporting body. The supporting ends are provided with stepped transition assemblies () connected to the supporting body. The supporting body is configured with a hollow structure. The supporting body includes a supporting main body () and a base (). The supporting main body is configured with a cylindrical structure or a cylindrical structure with a corrugated structure in the middle. With this structure, the deformation of the hollow tank body under the relatively high overpressure and the low negative pressure can be avoided, and the shape stability of the whole product can be enhanced. Meanwhile, the supporting structure needs less material, and has a light weight and lowered cost.

A method for molding a two-piece blow molded hollow tank by using auxiliary male molds includes the following steps: 1) blanking two parisons; 2) closing mold halves of a mold and a pre-molding template; 3) pre-stretching the molten parisons by using auxiliary male molds in the pre-molding template; 4) performing internal high-pressure blow molding, and pre-molding two housing portions; 5) opening the mold, and withdrawing the pre-molding template; 6) moving in a component built-in mechanism to perform built-in component connection; 7) moving out the component built-in mechanism; 8) closing the mold for the second time and finally blow molding a hollow tank; and 9) opening the mold and taking out the product.

Method for molding two-piece blow molded hollow tank by using auxiliary male molds

A molding method of blow-molding a hollow tank body with a built-in component is provided. The method molds the hollow tank body by molding the sheet parisons in the half molds. After the moving cooperation of the half molds, an expanding mechanism of a pre-molding template device, the template half plates and the bases, the half molds are respectively leaned against the closed template half plates, and the sheet parisons are leaned against the half molds by blowing and/or sucking so as to be pre-molded. The tank body is molded after placing the component into it. A pre-molding template device is also provided. An expanding mechanism and the template half plates are mounted on the bases, and the bases are mounted on a rail bracket, the bases are driven by a power device to move on the rail bracket.
