A lens assembly and an electronic device including the same are provided. The lens assembly includes a lens group. A lens that is in the lens group and that is close to an object side has a convex surface, and the convex surface protrudes from a shoulder of a lens tube. A head of the lens assembly may be reduced without affecting a maximum field of view of the lens assembly, so that the head of the lens assembly tends to be miniaturized. Therefore, a size of a hole provided on a display screen is reduced. Thus, a screen-to-body ratio of the display screen is improved.

A terminal includes a substrate and a photosensitive chip mounted on the substrate, where a side of the photosensitive chip away from the substrate has a photosensitive area and a non-photosensitive area surrounding the photosensitive area, and the photosensitive chip is electrically connected to the substrate by using a metal wire; and the photosensitive chip package structure further includes: a frame, disposed on the side of the photosensitive chip away from the substrate, where an avoidance groove used to avoid the metal wire is disposed on a side of the frame facing the substrate, the avoidance groove extends along a side edge of the frame, and an inner wall of the avoidance groove is an arc-shaped inner wall; and a filling glue, filled in the avoidance groove, and used to wrap the metal wire and bond the frame to the non-photosensitive area of the photosensitive chip and the substrate.

Photosensitive chip package structure, camera module, and mobile terminal

A camera and a display panel are disposed on a same side of a terminal. The camera includes a lens barrel and a plurality of lenses disposed in the lens barrel in a stacked manner in a direction of an optical axis of the camera. The lens barrel includes a first segment housing a first lens, wherein the first lens includes a light incident surface, a light exiting surface, and a side surface connected between the light incident surface and the light exiting surface. The side surface includes a first surface and a second surface connected to the first surface, wherein a perpendicular distance between the first surface and the optical axis is less than a perpendicular distance between the second surface and the optical axis. A part of the first segment is disposed adjacent to the display panel to reduce a space occupied by the camera.
