An alloy cast strip preparation method includes a melting process and a casting cooling process. The melting process includes controlling a power of an induction melting furnace to perform a cyclic heat treatment to completely melt an alloy raw material before a surface temperature of a melt obtained by melting the alloy raw material is raised to 1300° C., and, after the alloy raw material is melted, adjusting the power of the induction melting furnace to stabilize the surface temperature of the melt at a temperature in a range from 1400° C. to 1500° C. The casting cooling process includes performing casting cooling on the melt arranged on a surface of a rotary cooling roll to obtain an alloy cast strip while controlling a surface linear velocity of the rotary cooling roll to be from 1.5 m/s to 2.25 m/s.

In the present invention, by optimizing a preparation process and a microstructure of a traditional rare earth permanent magnet, diffusion efficiency of heavy rare earth in the magnet is improved, such that coercivity of the magnet is greatly improved, and manufacturing cost is reduced.

In the method for preparing the rare earth permanent magnet, microwave heat treatment is performed on a blank magnet coated with heavy rare earth source slurry in a vacuum condition. The method and the apparatus according to the present invention can greatly improve the generating speed of FM screen dots, and only one read-write operation of the error row memory is needed during processing the multiple neighboring pixels each time.

The method for text to speech comprises: text analysis step for parsing the text to obtain descriptive prosody annotations of the text based on a TTS model generated from a first corpus; prosody parameter prediction step for predicting the prosody parameter of the text according to the result of text analysis step; speech synthesis step for synthesizing speech of said text based on said the prosody parameter of the text; wherein descriptive prosody annotations of the text include prosody structure for the text, the prosody structure of the text is adjusted according to a target speech speed for the synthesized speech. The present invention adjusts the prosody structure of the text according to the target speech speed. The synthesized speech will have improved quality.
