The imaging system comprises a laser device, a beam modulation module, an objective lens, a control box of the microfluidic chip, a microfluidic chip, a narrow bandpass filter, an imaging lens, and an imaging device, wherein the beam modulation module modules a single laser beam emitted by the laser device, and the single laser beam is incident on a pupil aperture plane of the objective lens and then being converged to generate an ultrathin light sheet inside a channel of the microfluidic chip; the microfluidic chip controls a flow of fluorescently labeled cell samples through the control box of the microfluidic chip; fluorescence emitted by the cells is collected onto the imaging device through the narrow bandpass filter and the imaging lens.

A device for high-speed real-time sampling of mid-infrared ultrafast light signals includes a time domain amplification unit and a detection unit. The time domain amplification unit is used to perform sampling and time domain amplification on signal light incident to the time domain amplification unit, and convert the signal light of a mid-infrared band into a near-infrared/visible band. The detection unit is used to receive and record information of the to-be-detected signal light processed by the time domain amplification unit to realize high-speed real-time sampling and measurement of the mid-infrared ultrafast light signal. The present disclosure can accurately obtain subpicosecond transient characteristics of the light signal, breaks through the capacity limit to the response rate of a traditional photoelectric detector, the bandwidth of the oscilloscope and the like, and is applicable to femtosecond-level mid-infrared ultrafast light signals.

A high-resolution real-time time-frequency domain measuring device includes a light splitting unit used to split signal light to be measured, a time lens unit used to perform time domain amplification on the signal light to be measured, a dispersion Fourier transform unit used to perform Fourier transform on the signal light to be measured, and a detection unit used to receive and detect measured data. The invention relates to a metamaterial nano-sensing system, and in particular to a high-sensitivity metamaterial nano-sensing system with an ultra-narrow line width spectral response. The system includes an input light path, a metamaterial nano-sensing unit and an output light path which are sequentially provided along a direction of a light path, and the metamaterial nano-sensing unit includes a Bragg grating and a metallic periodic array arranged above the Bragg grating. The nano-sensing system provided by the invention has an ultra-narrow line width spectral response, so that sensitivity of a nanosensor is effectively improved, and broad application prospect in the fields of portable biosensing, drug development and detection, environment monitoring and the like is ensured.

A method for producing an externally injected gain switch laser ultrashort pulse, comprising the following steps of ultrashort light pulse signals having multi-longitudinal mode characteristic produced by the gain switch laser are inputted into an optical amplifier and then amplified; a spectral component signal selector selects a narrow spectral component signal outputted by the optical amplifier, the narrow spectral component signal is within an amplified spontaneous emission noise frequency band and its central wavelength is equal to the longitudinal mode of the gain switch laser; a route of the narrow spectral component signal is used as an external seed light and reinjected into the gain switch laser via a spectral component signal feedback loop. Therefore, the oscillation of a selected single longitudinal mode within the cavity of the gain switch laser is enhanced, thereby forming an externally light injected locking.

The present invention relates to an adaptive and all-optical method for data packet rate multiplication compatible with multiple data rates and/or multiple communication protocols. By performing a real-time pulse width compression on an original electronic or optical packet from an end user or a network interface device, the method generates an optical packet having an identical rate with the original packet while the duration of each pulse being significantly reduced. Then, by eliminating any redundant idle time due to the pulse width compression, the method also shortens data period and thus makes the rate of packet multiplied. The present invention addresses the technical problem of limited data rate in EO/OE conversion as known in the prior art and solves fundamentally the interconnection and communication between networks or systems of different data rates and/or protocols. The method of the present invention thus enables the design of an ultrahigh rate all-optical communication system and network transparent in rate and protocol.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a powdered tungsten-aluminum alloy, in which the powdered tungsten and aluminum as starting materials is mechanical alloyed at normal temperature to provide the tungsten-aluminum alloy. The process of this present invention is simple and easy and the device used is simple to handle. The process is carried out at room temperature, and is suitable for preparing an alloy of metals wherein there is large disparity between melting points and densities of the metals, which alloy could not be prepared by the known smelting process.
