A tool is provided in a kit of parts for an implantable penile prosthesis that includes a first tubing section and a first connector that is attachable to a second tubing section and a second connector. The tool has a vertex end and an open end, a first arm extending from the vertex end to a first distal end, and a second arm extending from the vertex end to a second distal end. The first distal end is spaced apart from the second distal end to define the open end of the tool.

A kit of parts includes components implantable in a patient to adapt a neopenis of the patient for penetrative intercourse. The kit of parts includes an implantable support, an implantable penile prosthesis, and an artificial glans penis. When implanted, the implantable support orients the implantable penile prosthesis and the artificial glans penis in an anatomically natal penis position that is adapted for penetrative intercourse.

An implantable support is provided to secure an implanted prosthesis in a natal male or a trans-male. The artificial ligament orients the penile prosthesis within a neopenis anatomically in a position of a natal penis and in a position adapted for penetrative intercourse.

A neopenis includes an implant and a support. The implant is an implantable prosthesis that is implantable into a neophallus and adapted to provide the neophallus with an erection. The support is configured for attachment to a ramus of a pelvis. The implantable prosthesis in combination with the support are adapted to orient the neopenis in an anatomically natal penis position that is adapted for penetrative intercourse.

An implantable support implantable in a neophallus to support a neopenis includes a first tubular sleeve extending from a proximal end portion to a distal end portion; a first base coupled to the proximal end portion of the first tubular sleeve, where the first base is adapted to be secured to a pubic ramus of a pelvis; and a first opening formed in the first tubular sleeve, where the first opening communicates with a recess that is sized to receive an implantable penile prosthesis. The first tubular sleeve is adapted to provide the neophallus with an artificial tunica located between the recess and the neophallus of the neopenis.

A reaction product of the co-dehydration of a sugar alcohol and a reactant polyol having a number average hydroxyl functionality less than 4.0 is disclosed. In some aspects the sugar alcohol comprises mannitol, sorbitol, xylitol, erythritol, or mixtures thereof. In some preferred aspects the sugar alcohol comprises sorbitol. In some aspects the reactant polyol has an average molecular weight of from 40 to 500 Daltons. In some aspects, the reaction product may be suitable for the manufacture of polyisocyanurate foam. In some aspects the reaction product may be mixed with diluent polyols, such as diols, glycols, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol and mixtures thereof.
